East will be okay this year, not great but I would say their record can range from 3-7 to 7-3, depending on how the players and coaches perform. They are in a tough district with Boyle and Catholic. They have a bunch of juniors that will be pretty good. Sports in general aren't a high priority to many people at East unfortunately.

Congrats to to him. Union is getting better players with there facilities. They may be the best facilities in the mid-south conference, but that is up for debate somewhere else.

The road to 1A on the east side will run through Lexington, literaly. LCA has Raceland at home and all playoff games would be played in Lexington, except for the for the final one.

If LCA doesn't win class A, I will be suprised and dissapointed.

What happened to the last coach? I think this was his first year. Any ideas on a replacement? Do they have a game field or locker rooms yet?

What grade didn't finish the season? Are you talking about 6-8? That would be very disappointing for such a prestigous school.

I think if 2 teams have a close game the first time, the team that loses may have an advantage. I'll take the Engineers to win the Region. Does anyone know how far Estill has advanced in the playoffs before?

I don't know anything about the situation but I would guess he said it in some context, as in "I don't care if we win another game as long as everyone gives me whatever they have." I maybe wrong though.

Estill County is really good. They had Breathitt on the ropes. Berea is a pretty decent 1A football team.

Raceland looks to be very good. I think this game will play a big role in who gets the regional championship. Raceland and LCA look to be the best two in there region. Homefield advantage maybe big. LCA has to stop somebody on defense to be a legit contender for the Class A championship. Good luck to both teams.

Is Catholic not as good as past years or is Pikeville a little better than past years?

I would like to see it for 1 year, see how everything works out then make my opinion.
