Easy win ... rest your starters. How is the health of Lexington Catholic right now?

Seriously I love your guy's enthusiasm ... I feel the same way about the hometown Chargers here in Bullitt County .. but let's look at facts here 1) best game Boyle County played all year was the first meeting with Lex Cath and you lost at home 2) game is at Lex. Cath this time 3) neither team was at 100% for the game the first time around 4) can't use schedule as an excuse because Lex. Cath. was just as tough if not tougher 5) Boyle has yet to beat a team with a winning record this year I think Boyle will play well and still lose by a couple of TD's. Hope to win by all means ... but stay realistic in your expectations.

That would be quite a big upset.

I think Bullitt East has their toughest playoff game for the first 3 rounds in the first round. If they get past North Bullitt then they make it to the final 4.

That would be my pick .... If Bullitt East gets past North Bullitt on Friday I think they get this far. Warren East Fairdale game could be great if it happens.

I think it's going to be one of those games where whoever turns the ball over the least wins the game. We have to keep Dalton on the inside and not let him get outside either.

I hope he gets to play and plays well (just well enough to lose LOL) ... tough way for him to end his senior year. Good luck on Friday .... here's to hoping the winner goes far.

I hope you are right. Does anyone know how RD Reynolds did Friday night. They are a much better team if he is able to play at near 100%.

I wouldn't read much into comparing scores of a district game to a non district game. Valley looks pretty good. Should be another good game between them and Fairdale. Fairdale can play with anyone if they are on their game. Franklin County has a cake walk to the final 4 .... could help them as mentioned above but could hurt them if they don't get tested at all. I think it comes down to Lex. Cath, Bell County and Franklin on one side and the winner of North Bullitt/Bullitt East, Warren East and Lone Oak on the other.

Hard to call that one an upset when Nelson destroyed Greenwood in the regular season game.

North Bullitt and Bullitt East should be a heck of a first round game

Great great first round game .. natural rivals who played a barnburner the first time around. I think it will be a very close game and whoever turns the ball over the least wins the game. Early prediction but the winner of this game cruises in the second round despite both teams losing to Marion.

Willing to bet Lone Oak isn't in that game.

Bullitt East is a pretty darn good 5-5 team also. Lost three games by one point .. played Manual better than Male did, Fairdale was really the only team that had our number this year. Lost to Central on a lucky play, bad snap on an extra point picked up and ran in for two.

BE had a 9 team district .. that meant 8 of our 10 games were tied up to district games ... we had rivalries with Nelson and Bullit Central .. which meant every year we played the exact same 10 schools. I loved this year with the different schedule. I say we keep the 6 classes and realign every two years .. but at the end of the day, my interest ends this year as I move onto to college with my interest.

Yeah I didn't mean anything by that, Nelson County was a classy team. My point is there are some games (when you've watched a team all year) that you just know what the outcome is going to be. I knew after the first quarter last night that we would win by a couple of touchdowns. Just like I knew after the first quarter at the Fairdale game that we weren't going to win that game. Good luck in the playoffs.
