Uggh as a Bullitt East fan I am not looking forward to this game next week. The only bright side is we did play even with Central for 4 quarters.

Marion beat Bullitt East which is my team but man I have to say Marion is the biggest surprise at 8-0 this season. They really have a knack of winning close games, they certainly are not overwhelming anyone. I hope we can get by North and Marion can get by Larue in the playoffs because we'd love another shot at them. Good luck the rest of the season Marion.

seems like 1998 is the reason Larue hates us so .... Larue 11-2 both loses to BE ... makes sense now why they hate us so much. Doesn't really matter .. we are almost at full strength and while both teams are 3-4 BE has played far tougher competition. They lost at North by 20 ... BE handled North without much problem BE by two TD's.

Yeah everybody plays with injuries .. we were without 4 of our 5 starting O-Line, one starting RB, our best WR had to play RB and we were without our leading tackler on D, in the North Bullitt game. I think it will be a decent game with the irrational hate Larue seems to have for BE ... but in the end I think both Bullitt County 4A teams will score a victory

Coming off a 4 game losing streak and beating a .500 3A team is playing well and starting to click? Standards must be low at Larue.

So after we came to North and beat you guys you are predicting a team you beat by 20 to beat us at home? Seriously?

I don't think you are too far off T2P ... I think Marion is going to have to score with you to beat you.

I'm gonna go with the visiting North Bullitt team. Just think their offense is too strong. I have underestimated Marion before though

I was confident Marion would lose and by a couple of TD's but with North playing badly at Bullitt Central last Friday, now I'm not so sure.

You are a good fan. There is nothing wrong with being a fan of your team. Some fans, however, suggested that because BC beat 0-5 East Jess. last week that they would get on a roll and win the state title, completely ignoring the fact that they lost to Lex. Cath. on their home field and would have to go to Lexington for the playoffs.

"Don't Do Me Like That" .... good comments ... it really has nothing to due with Coach Perdue. He will turn the program around. Right now he just doesn't have the talent. Unless you coach a private school you have to do with the talent within the community. BC had a nice run of talent with the Tamme family, but it is over. They will eventually turn it around due to the ability of Coach Perdue.

read any BC thread on this board ... they all feel entitled to their ranking due to their schedule ... while the fact that they just are not that good escapes them. I love your "has nothing to do with this year" comment after you brought up past championships. Past championships has nothing to do with the fact that Boyle County is 7-12 since Bullitt East knocked them out of the 2005 playoffs. They just do not have the talent. Coach Perdue is a good coach and will turn around the team, but let's not overrank a team who just isn't very good because of 1) their schedule and 2) their past success.

Well Belfry deserves the #1 ranking but considering 1-6 Boyle County was ranked 5th last week .. I wouldn't hold your breath.

My point exactley .. Boyle feels they are entitled due to past success .. but what does it have to do with this year. This year BC is 1-6. I did notice he didn't bring up what happened the last time the two teams met.

Actually I have the utmost respect for coach Perdue, I have met him in person and our coach here at BE thinks the world of him.. I think if given the time he will turn the program around. Unfortunately due to the unrealistic expectations of their fans he probably will not be given the time. My point is BGP and all the BC fans have said all along that BC deserves their top 10 ranking due to their schedule .. when in all actuality they were giving them the ranking based on what they did more than 2 years ago. They have not proven themselves on the field and are not one of the top 10 teams in 4A.

Good win for JC ... I don't think Central is nearly as good as advertised ... good QB but not much else around him.

Well BC excuse all season long has been the schedule .. now not only has BC lost to a 2A team, they have lost to a 3-4 team.

Come on ... no excuses?

So now what will be the excuses for ranking Boyle in the top 10? A 1-6 team????
