Excellent post ... I have some personnel experience with this and Reidinger was let go because of politics rather than performance. IMHO the team would have a title banner hanging from the last 3 years if Coach Ray was still around. Discipline on the team left with Coach Ray.

Good job Woodford ... keep on rolling makes the BE loss to you in the first game look better every week!

Congrats to Danville ... now Boyle County is 0-3 maybe they will actually drop in the rankings or will they still base the rankings of what Boyle did years ago.

Interesting ... on the news last night they talked about how Bullitt Central has been talking a lot of trash about the game Friday night. Someone on the team said they had printed off comments from here and myspace. I'd just like to say I haven't seen a single instance of BC talking trash on here.

Wow he had a better game than he did against BE.

How did the Woodford County QB do in the second game? Did the opposing team do any better of a job containing him then BE did the first week? I'm going for WC since they beat us.

I'd like to throw out that the sophomore QB Bullitt East is starting is 19-26-316 in the first two weeks with 6 TD's and no picks. Great start! Looks like he will be a solid QB for East for the next 3 years.

I completely agree that their schedule is tough and completely agree that rankings don't mean anything ... but at some point you have to win games. For the past two seasons they have not. Now I think they will probably win against Danville this week but their first five games are against ranked teams. If they are 0-5 are you still making the same argument just because their schedule is tough. Does anyone think they make it out of their district in the playoffs? FWIW I really don't care I'm just making conversation while waiting for Thursday to roll back around (Louisville game).

Still 0-2 and 6-8 in the last 2 years .. so what if they finish the season 2-8 you'll say they are still top 5 because their schedule is tough? Well then in college football let's put ND in the top 10 because they have the toughest schedule over the first 8 games. You either win games or you don't. Right now Boyle County does not.

6-8 over the past two years, 0-2 this year no matter who they lost to. I was probably a bit harsh saying they should be out of the top 10 since there are only 32 teams in 4A but they shouldn't be higher than 8th.

Do you think maybe it's time to quit ranking them based on their history and start ranking them like a team that is 6-8 over the past two years? Starting out so high was a bit absurd but you could say okay maybe it was just 1 bad year but at 0-2 they should drop out of the top 10 now.

You guys brought a great crowd also .. although that guy (to avoid calling him what I wanted to) with the flag was fine running up and down the sidelines but it was rude that he interferred with the band. You guys looked big, but very young. Your coach wasn't joking when he said you guys were slow though. You QB looked good but I'm not sure you have anything at the WR position. I wish you guys luck the rest of the season and I think playing bigger schools like you have the last two weeks will payoff in the long run.
