I totally agree with what you are saying- But some people get upset because others get over looked and to some people that becomes a joke to them. That is how is see their comments. Now in some earlier posts we had people actually "calling out" different ones. So lets get on them too.... One kid was actually labeled as the most over-rated player in the state of KY, and was called out by name....

I have seen him play a few times, and I thought he looked good. No he is not very tall... But I have seen he is solid, runs hard and is hard to tackle.

I think bottom line is here ... is that those who deserved it, congratulations, especially to those who play tough schedules... I think what bothers people the most after reading many of these posts is; there are many good quality athletes that play their ***** off, dedicate and work hard, and get over looked. That is the bite. Nothing personal... It is just hard sometimes to express what you mean when you are writing- you can take it however you want, but you don't know how they are really expressing when it is just WORDS you are reading.

I practically made the same statement earlier in this post.

Politics! I am telling ya - it has a lot to do with who is pushing your name! You have to have connections with the media- and a coach that will push your name through- which will leave some othera over looked when this happens.... I can't believe Josh Smith from Frankfort didn't make 1st team either. But congratulations to those who earned it!

It also has a lot to do with how much the coach advertises the "player"...

That is true... But didn't NCC lose most of their starters from last years team? Just like LCA- LCA does have talented group of Freshmen. They should be doing really well for the next three years. I will say NCC is VERY WELL COACHED. Raceland has good coaches, so the coaches as well are going to have to be on their game! I don't know how good NCC is this year, last year they were awesome, no one came close to them in the playoffs. GOOD LUCK RACELAND- the Orange in the district is behind you!:banana:

LCA runs a good ground game, they have a really nice counter play that Hayden zig-zags through the middle. He can make the cuts really well and makes it look effortless...

When is the last time Danville had to come from behind then moved on to state championsip? Or have they never come from behind, but was always dominating? Do they know how to come from behind?

I thought if you dropped out of district play you had to stay out for 4 years, before you could come back?
