Jimmy I am a Paris loyal, and I have to say you hit the nail on the HEAD... But let me clear the air- not everyone on Paris' team plays that way. That is too bad, because there are some I see out there that are putting HEART and soul into the game. I don't even want to get started today OMOs- I was FURIOUS and mad enough that I couldn't even log on this weekend! LCA executed well- Their COUNTER play was really nice- You can tell they are COACHED very well. So I will say today that I am disappointed in those, (not just one) that are suppose to be leading that team- and got all the hype this year and as the season rolled on. Anyone that was there Friday night saw who was stepping up and giving it all they could! I would like to say more, but I will save it!!!!!!!!!!!

Also I would like to add Paris' Defensive Linebackers are very good. Middle Linebacker- Travis Angel (jr) Outside Linebacker- Trey Rankin (sr) These two IMO WILL/SHOULD be All District. I don't know their stats, but I would say it is a close race of who leads the team in tackles, including Corner Ian Mathes.

I think it will be a good game too. I too hope ALL these young men can stay healthy! Fall Break can cause disruptions- so I hope no one gets hurt off the field either!

I agree. -and- I think if LCA and Raceland were to meet up again, like anytime soon, I think it would be a different outcome. I don't know how good Beechwood is this year? Last year was a very down year obviously. And for NCC, no one was even coming close to playing them last year in the playoffs, but once again this year, I don't know what they got? It looks like Beechwood is turning on late in the season, and they are very well know for that.

I think it should be avoided too. I totally think it is a bad idea to have dads keeping stats, it will only make them "partial" to their kid, (ie) if he got the tackle or not or 8 yds vs 6 yds, etc...

Do you think parents of players should be keeping stats?
