IMO Rose Hill and East Carter are really close but just a step behind Elliott County.

Bourbon County is always tough at home. Teams perhaps have a difficult time adjusting to their floor. This score really did surprise me.

Final. Courtney Jones with 29 points and 7 rebounds for Powell County. Kendra McFarland had 15 points and 11 rebounds. Ashley Lacy contributed 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Pirates. Nikki Jeck had 29 points for Madison Southern. Jeck owned the first half with 22 points at the break. Meaghan Mays checked Jeck in the second half on defense not allowing her to get open nearly as much.

Agreed, it is just to easy to blame someone for the outcome of a game. Both teams played hard in the game, but it wasn't a clean game on either end of the floor. But after the game was over both teams showed good sportsmanship on the court. And later at a Stanton restaurant both teams players were laughing and joking around with each other. Now that's what it is all about.

I wonders how many times some of the other teams in the district would be on the list if all of their stats were to be entered in. Evidentally people don't remember going to some of those places and never getting a call. IMO

Seems like alot of blaming referees for winning a game (Estill County) and losing a game (Hazard) to me. Nothing you can do about the officials. Just sit back and enjoy the games.
