Central would give Boyle Co. every thing they can handle. In reality I do think Boyle is best, but football is all matchups and Central has an element Boyle Co., will realistically probably only see in Danville which is speed. I don't think Danville has it on the same level as Central.

Henry Co. has the best chance of remaining undefeated. lol

Lex. Catholic has some very nice helmets. I really like those.

I always hear this on here, I'm not drinking the kool aid though. I've seen just as many things I disagree with in these rankings as others. Until somebody offers up legitimate proof through a systemic statistical analysis there is no way to tell whose is best. Although after seeing Seneca get 7 points in the AP Poll, it's obvious whose is the worst.

There are errors in all rankings. There are so many these days, I just make something up that sounds about right.

Besides what people have already said, these are ratings, not rankings. It's really hard for a series of algorithms and numbers to be "partial".

I think it will be Johnson Central v. South Warren, but if I was going to pick a darkhorse I'm really interested to see what Scott can do.

You do realize Scott Co. had Highlands down 40-0 midway through the 2nd quarter right? Highlands points came against the Scott Co. JV, if Scott Co. had wanted to they could have won 70-0 that night. Scott Co. also has a dominant win over the defending 5A state champions. Simon Kenton was very close to losing to Bryan Station until they imploded at the end. I get you love your team, but Scott Co.'s resume at this point is clearly better than SK's.

Can you give a reason why BG is rated #1 ? They are not the current champions and they got destroyed last week. Pulaski Co. played a more competitive game against Scott Co., who according to the BP rankings is a better team than St. Xavier is.

After seeing Bulliitt Central live and in person this season, I am of the opinion they don't belong. Yes they're 3-0, but they have wins over Southern, Madison Southern and Fairdale. That is an incredibly weak schedule. There are at least 5-10 teams better than them in this class currently unranked. Is there anyone out there who truly believes that they could beat 0-3 Covington Catholic? Graves Co., South Oldham and Montgomery Co. have also been more impressive. Heck North Bullitt might be better they both beat Southern by similar margins.

In 6A all of district 7 and 8 do.
