  1. After seeing Bulliitt Central live and in person this season, I am of the opinion they don't belong. Yes they're 3-0, but they have wins over Southern, Madison Southern and Fairdale. That is an incredibly weak schedule. There are at least 5-10 teams better than them in this class currently unranked. Is there anyone out there who truly believes that they could beat 0-3 Covington Catholic? Graves Co., South Oldham and Montgomery Co. have also been more impressive. Heck North Bullitt might be better they both beat Southern by similar margins.
  2. The only change that I would make is flipping St. Xavier and Manual. People were super down on the Henry Clay win and then they blow GRC out. I don't think Henry Clay is as bad as people were trying to claim. Then they turn around and blew doors off of BG which is impressive. Manual has really struggled offensively. Although Fern Creek is much improved only beating them by 10 is not impressive. I get that they scored 57 this past week but Seneca is in contention as the worst team in 6A this year. We will know a lot more about Central Hardin and PRP after this week.
  3. Didn't all of Highlands points come against the JV? Tates Creek a really good offensive team only scored on Scott Co.'s JV or that would have been a shutout too. I don't think Scott Co.'s PPG allowed is indicative of their defense.
  4. 7-Kentucky Country Day 5- Scott 3-Ryle 2-Lexington Catholic 1-Lloyd Memorial TB-Kentucky Country Day
  5. What's hard to understand? You can't win a football game with three good OL. They have no depth, no speed and don't seem to be that well coached. 3 people cannot win a football game. It's as simple as that.
  6. 7-Raceland 5-Danville 3-Ashland 2-Knott Central 1-Wayne Co. TB-Wayne Co.
  7. Knox Central is a really solid team. A lot of people were down on them after the Station game but their coach maximizes the talent he has. Southwestern was a very physically impressive team.
  8. I've picked Scott Co. as the 6A state champs in the other thread. I think this game will really help them accomplish that goal. Playing in a very formidable environment will test Scott Co. in every aspect. I'm going with Elder in a close game. I think Scott Co.'s style of play will prevent the aforementioned blowout. Elder 17 Scott Co. 7
  9. 7-Eastern 5-Montgomery Co. 3-Casey Co. 2-Garrard Co. 1-Tates Creek TB-Tates Creek
  10. Scott County plays a great opponent on Friday on par with any team Trinity has played. If they can go in to the PIT and come out with a victory they will definitely solidify my opinion of them. If they lose closely I still feel like they have a chance. If they get blown out I'm changing my pick to the winner of Male/Trinity.
  11. Louisville has some real talent. Tough one in Week 3 vs. Clemson. Looked like the receiving corp got beat up today. How is Quick and the other young man (name escapes me, looked like an arm injury)?
  12. 24-7 UK. Cats look better. With so many young guys and three players suspended, they looked like a real team in the 1st half. Louisiana is a quality non power 5 team.
  13. Will this game be on live stream like game one?
  14. 6A-Scott Co. 5A-Pulaski Co. 4A-Johnson Central 3A-Belfry 2A-Mayfield 1A-Beechwood
  15. Tates Creek is much improved over the last couple of years. If they can figure out a few things defensively they could have a nice season.
  16. 7-0 Tates Creek Robbie Lofton I believe (could be wrong) with a TD catch. Lightning delay.
  17. Ryle Simon Kenton Garrard Co. Trinity Franklin Co. Manual
  18. 5-Johnson Central 3-Murray 3-Beechwood 1-Franklin Co. 1-Fairview 1-Campbell Co. 1-Fulton City 1-Boyle Co. 1-DeSales 1-St. Xavier TB-63
