Congrats to Perry and the other coaches and definently congrats to the kids. A twenty win season isnt easy and to have 5 in a row is pretty good.

I would say that Gilbert has passed the mark I think he might have a chance at 1500 in just 3 years at WC which is a pretty good accomplishment.

Yeah I talked to him after the game the other night and taht was his main concern. He doesnt want to come back to fast an potentially turn a kinda small injury into a nagging devastating injury that requires surgery. He said he couldn't wait to get back on the floor but that he just had to make the right choice for him.

Good fact DEN if WC has never know defense than how did that happen in those two years? Did they play JV teams. Just kidding even though you have proof people wont believe it, pretty crazy isnt it.

As do I LCBF and I heard today that he might play monday against Buchorn if he feels he can.

Really hpw many shots did Bailey take against Wolfe Co. I would say around 15 or 20 and also I dont ever remember him setting up other players for easy scores. He wasn't even very dominate on the boards and was the tallest player on the court. Bailey isnt the best player in the region and he does shoot more tahn any PCC fan would admit. Amis is the better player on PCC IMO. He probably averages about the same on not near as many looks and he sets up hi steammates more.

Yeah I heard that he got a custom piece made and that he might even return for the buckhorn game or senior night but only with about 40% mobility in that hand. It is a hard lick for him and the Wolves but I wish them well.

Right and hid six against Buckhorn did too. The best player in a region is over a season not one game, or it wouldn't even be close.

It will be interesting to see if they make a run, but Gilbert will not be 100% a broken bone doesn't heal in 2 weeks. But from what i have heard he has been to almost every doctor he can get an appointment to trying to find someone who can make something to protect his hand and let them play. I hope he does well but WC will get no where without Defense which was lacking with him.

Gilbert broke a bone in his hand, Beasley the starting pg has torn a tendon in his knee.

Gilbert's injury should be season ending but after talking to him at the game tonight he told me he had been to see a specialist and was hopeful he could get a guard or some type of brace and be back by senior night with some ability. I hope everything works out. Hard times for the wolves, they have to starters ou with potentially season ending ihjuries and their first 2 players off the bench left the team, I hope they get things straightened out.

Gilbert's hand is broke, their starting point guard is out for the season with a knee injury and the 6th and 7th men decided to leave the team. Wolfe was big time low on their players but still tried.

Morgan is a team to be reckoned with. Blake is argubly the best big man in the mountains and the haney kid is tough as well. Peyton can score and so can the rest of the squad. Best defensive team I have seen in a long time. Coach Perry os doing a great job with those kids and they play with heart and hustle. I think Coach Creech will get the wolves turned around, they are just in a major slump right now. Best of luck to both teams.

Does anyone know why tthe Williams kid quit, he was a very good player. But he wasn't having the year I had expected for him to have, all in the same I never like to hear about a player quitting a team for whaetever reason. I hope it wasn't out of frustration.

Morgan should be number 2 in the mountains. They are the best team I have seen this year. They have good size, great speed, top tier defense, and a superb coaching staff, they should go far. I thought Wolfe played better in the second half, they calmed down and tried to run an offense at least. Their defense was alot better in the second half after being nonexistent in the first. Morgan played an excellent game, Blake is a super basketball player and the rest of his team is good too. Haney played well tonight too. Great effort on the defensive end too MC. Congrats on the win Cougs

Well then I would say Gilbert is alright then. He might not make his team a constant winner but he doesn't let them be a pushover either.

I believe that college coaches recruit players not teams.

It is hard for a player to control a game when they sit most of a half on the bench. But I agree Dixon is a great player and had a good game last night. He is definenetly in the top players in the region.
