WoW! What exactly happened tonight in West Liberty? I 1st thought this was the girls score by mistake. I really thought Morgan would take this game by at least 10. Can't wait to hear the low down on this one. Congrads to the Comets on taking 2 in a row from the Cougs on their home floor..

I have to agree with ukcatsfan. If your not in with the boys from the Ashland area or able to spend all your time in their face and trying to fit in, then you don't get a very fair shake. The younger guys can't seem to get a leg up because of all those guys buddies that they get to join from their area and they somehow move up the ladder very quickly because of who they know. Then there is the female factor. A couple of ladies who joined recently have been doing varsity games just because of their gender and they sure haven't put the time in or stood out as being a deserving varsity official any more than a male counterpart that has put in 5 or more years!!! IMO

Congrats Chris.. Morgan Couldn't have made A better choice. I look for big things to happen in Cougarland with Trusty leading the way. I just hope the administration will give him the le'way to accomplish what he has planned. Go gett'em T'Daddy..

I was told that Matthew Perry's name was being tossed around. Anyone else heard this?

I heard from a reliable source close to the program that Coach Donna Robinson had been fired from Morgan. Can anyone confirm this?

I heard from A very reliable source that they had narrowed the search down to Chris Trusty and someone from Tennessee. Heard there would be A decision made today or tomorrow..

I thought there were some questionable calls that went both ways. Yes, if Elliott hits their free-throws the way they did their first two games of the tourny, they wouldn't have been in the shape they were in at halftime and would've probably won the game. As for Billman, I think the other refs had to bail him out a couple of times when he refused to call a foul in his own area. I also remember several trips when a Russell player was holding an Elliott's players jersey and nothing was called, but that's just officiating. They are only human. Again, If Elliott hits free throws, they are dancing in the streets of Sandy Hook!!!!

Final.. Major upset. Jones finishes with 27 for the Comets. Can't wait to hear everyone elses opinion on this game. One question though, Why did he not give someone else a shot at guarding Jones in the 4th quarter? Adkins gave it his best shot, but I thought he wore down towards the end.

Great win by the Cougars.. Showed tonight that they have the horses to play any style of game. Just hope Haney and Mcowan keep up their intensity. This team has what a lot of other teams don't. They have 4 or 5 different guys that can take a game over on any given night. Take care of business Tuesday night at Raceland, Then the real season begins..

Morgan wins an easy one tonight. Took Bath totally out of their game, as they held them scoreless for the 1st Quater. Bath seem to be very frustrated throughout the 1st half. Glad to see Morgan put this one away pretty early. Can't wait until tomorrow night...
