Sting

Last I heard was that all games would be played with a normal home and away schedule. Construction is supposed to be complete by the 2010 playing season.

Congrats to Jacob! It's great to see the Eagles that were playing on Friday nights move up to playing on Saturday afternoons. Changing school districts before his senior year couldn't have been easy, but he got an opportunity to play for his father for a season which had to be a great experience for both of them. I wish him all the best in the future!

:thumb:Agreed. Will be a tough opponent, but I'm glad to be playing them again. One of the best natural rivalries in the area.

Numbers in the off season weight program have been extremely impressive. There seems to be alot of enthusiasm building in the program. I can't recall Scott ever having this many players turn out for spring practice.

What does Brossart's schedule look like this year?

Congrats to the Bulldogs! Way to represent NKY!!! :dancingpa

I love Boone and Beechwood on the schedule. I wouldn't mind seeing Withrow dropped for another NKY school.

I think the setting at BOKC is fantastic. I would like to hear from the players that played and see how they liked the experience of playing in a 'big league' environment. I must say that the padded seats was alot nicer than sitting on benches in a high school gym.

Mason by 10.

Congrats to GRC.

Congrats to the Eagles on another great win. Hopefully the third time will be the charm vs. GRC on Monday.

I think they should make it all general admission. Assigned seating just doesn't work for an event like this. Or have a section for premium assigned seating and the rest as general admission.

Brossart played tough. Up by seven well in to the second half... Congrats to both teams!

Scott by 3, but it will be tough. Neither team will make it to 50 points. Scott 47 Brossart 44

Fantastic game. Great Atmosphere. Looking forward to a great rematch between Scott and Brossart on Friday!

How many 3 pointers did Scott have?

Nice evening for the Eagles to recognize their seniors. Good crowd and great atmosphere. Bringing back and honoring the 20th anniversary of the class of '89, the 9th region champs was a very nice touch.

Yes. I realize that. I was there.

Eagles were up by 1 going into the 4th.

Game didn't start until a little after 900P. Not much rest for the Eagles as they are back at it again tomorrow afternoon.

Final from Dixie.

I think you are missing the point. Coach Carr is looking for leaders on the court. Kellen Smith is the player you are referring to. The quote from the NKY.COM was: "He's been our go-to guy the past two or three games," Carr said. "I told him that he has to have a leadership role. And he has put this team on his back." It is important that a team have leaders on the field or on the court. This does not contradict or take away from this being a team sport. I don't know if you are trying to knock on Coach Carr or not, but if you know anything about him, and apparently by knowing his background you do, you would know how silly it is to suggest that he not know this is a team sport.

I'm sure most read this from another post, but Scott's game vs Cov Cath that was cancelled on Tuesday will be played next Saturday at 4:00P...
