I received this from AD Ken Mueller this afternoon from Scott High School.

 

"Scott High School would like to announce the college signing of Jacob Campbell. Jacob will be attending Georgetown College in Georgetown KY to play football. Jacob's father is the head football coach at Scott High School and a former assistant at Georgetown College. Jacob's mother is also a faculty member at Georgetown College. Jacob played football for one year at Scott High School after transferring from Scott County High School.

 

The signing will take place at 1:45 on Tuesday, April 14th."

Congrats to Jacob! It's great to see the Eagles that were playing on Friday nights move up to playing on Saturday afternoons. Changing school districts before his senior year couldn't have been easy, but he got an opportunity to play for his father for a season which had to be a great experience for both of them. I wish him all the best in the future!
