  1. Wow, what a surprize..............................
  2. For a program that has only been around for 7 years the John Hardin bulldogs travel as well as any program in the state.
  3. 7 Highlands 5 Woodford County 3 Manual 2 Shelby County 1 Fairdale TB Highlands
  4. Beechwood Boone County Lexington Christian Mayfield Green County Belfry Calloway County Woodford County Manual Bardstown TB 56
  5. Joe Washington from North Hardin plays his brother-in-law in this one. I think the brother-in-law will have the braggin right after this one. FH 35 NH 21
  6. Corbin Redhounds if they can make it through a tuff playoff schudule.
  7. Three teams in 5A that will make a deep run into the playoffs and Highlands should be in the final game against John Hardin or Bowling Green. The birds will use this game as a tune-up for the playoffs, Central is vasting improved and will provide a quility game but no match for the birds. Highlands 35 Central 14
  8. John Hardins speed wins this game point blank. Nelson County played a great game in the first half only to be shut out in the second. The Cardinals have nothing to hang there head about, they have improve a great deal from last year. John Hardin is on a mission to make a deep run into the playoffs. Tonights win in a tuff place to play (Nelson Co.) will give the bulldogs much needed confidence. Good Luck Nelson Co.
  9. Hearsay going to be at the game tonight like to meet you.
  10. Ref #4 John Hardin stands at 8-0 and not really have been tested. The Offense runs the wing-T to perfection, and has the speed to hurt you on any given play. Not many teams will match up with John when it comes to over all team speed. The Offensive and Defensive lines are under sized, but again speed is the equalizer in most cases. If John has one weakness it would be in the kicking game, but it is getting stronger week by week. Coaching will not take a second seat to any team, from top to bottom a class act, Head Coach Mark Brown has 200 wins and the entire staff has been together for 7 years, Johns first year of football.
  11. In reference to your #4: Who has Bowling Green played one team with respect and lost to St. X other than that no body.
  12. The kids know how to play the game the right way, leave nothing on the playing field. Meade 28 Conner 14
  13. 7 PRP 5 Shawnee 3 Fern Creek 2 Butler 1 Valley TB PRP
  14. 5 Anderson County 3 Danville 3 Rockcastle County Boone County Mayfield Corbin Dixie Heights Scott County Hopkinsville Boyle County TB 48
  15. If John has had one strong point this year it would be the play of the Defensive line. Gatewood and Mitchell are creating havoc for O lines to block, and the pass coverage is starting to take form. If Nelson County O line has an off night will be a long game for the QB.
  16. This game will be played in a playoff atmosphere, Nelson Co. is on a roll and looking to revenge last years playoff lost. John Hardin has played very sporadic over the last couple of games against weaker teams. I think this game will be closer than people predict, look for this game to go down to the wire. If that is the case Nelson Co. has the advantage with there kicking game, the field goal kicker is amazing for such a young man. Look for John to open up the game by trying to stretch the field by throwing deep, sitting up the running game. If they are able to pass successfully look for a run away game. John has so many kids that can take it to the house on any given play. John 35 Nelson 21
  17. St. X Louisville John Hardin but the number one is the Pit (Elder-Cincinnati)
  18. I remember living in Corbin from 97-02 and high school football was king. Pigskin was a big deal and the whole community showed up. Raised in Cincy, I was very impressed with the Hounds and tradition that was supported there. I have not had the chance to catch a game since leaving and find it hard to believe there are empty seats at Campbell Field. Hope this years team brings back the glory days for the Redhounds....
  19. Great win for the Waves, could get on a roll and make a good run into the playoffs. They will face a North Hardin this Friday night on the road, if they win there I will jump on there band wagon. Good Luck Green Wave
