Every single varsity player that played for Campbell Co today does not play the field or hit for them the majority of the time. Not sure where they were varsity heavy. Now if these 2 (Peters & Brooks) pitched then I would say your comment was accurate but not the case. Adam Gray - courtesy runner for the catcher Brady Brooks - starting pitcher (DH today) Gavin Peters - comes in as a relief pitcher and may be a courtesy runner at times

If they do not get rained out this weekend, Campbell Co plays GRC at Mason Co. Should be a good game, I think game time is noon.

I get why teams do it, less mixed signals, etc but it slows the game down so much.

I am not. My point is they were 2 local schools playing in those sessions. However, if anyone was at the Franklin Co/Campbell Co game last year Campbell Co brought a crowd.

If you scroll down to page 8 it has the highest sessions for the total tournament. If I am not mistaken both of these sessions were Campbell Co & Holmes sessions. 2016 (5) - 6056 2016 (2) - 5697

Here is where they talk about overall attendance. Someone who is much better finding things online can probably find the attendance per session from last year.

Last year for the Campbell Co vs Franklin Co was probably the largest crowd or pretty close to it. I am not sure what the crowd number was but it is somewhere in here. CC closed school that day so people could go. I will see if I can find the thread.
