CCH and Highlands respect each other but by no means do they cheer for each other, in my opinion. Which is fine.

That is odd that CCH doesn't have an all-state nominee. Possibly too many weapons.

I'm almost positive that Pete isn't going to play in college. However, yes, he is D1 caliber. He has had an offer from EKU for a long time and alot of other schools would love to have him if he decides he wants to play.

I'd say it's almost for sure that he won't be in Barbourville next year. Said he hasn't heard anything back from the UK staff. I would love the move and think he could find some PT. If you transfer from NAIA, do you have to sit out?

I've heard plans of Ellison, Bovard, and Callahan all being at Mt. St. Joe next season. I don't necessarily believe it though...has anyone else heard this?

Can someone just give me a play by play of what happened with this #84 on the sidelines? I don't really want any opinions on it (as in who cheapshotted who), I just can't really figure out what happened?

CCH's backup QB is John Wehry. However, if it were an emergency situation like an HHS game, I'm almost positive Kyle Furnish would come in. Also, get real about the scoreboard thing, who cares? As a CCH fan and former player, a win should be good enough (as they haven't come too often in this series). If you'll remember, HHS left the 18-15 score on the scoreboard in 01 so I'm sure nothing was meant by not leaving this year's score up.

I don't really know too much about Highlands this year so I couldn't make a good prediction on this game. However, I'm sure they're fast which is always a problem. As far as home field advantage, I always loved going and playing at HHS...great atmosphere, the outcome was just usually not favorable (but it had nothing to do with where the game was being played). Go Colonels.

There will be at least one, maybe two NKY teams better than Beechwood at "home playing Madden" even if Beechwood makes it to the first week in December.

I don't know what Giacomini was like in high school but he is ENORMOUS. He's easily the biggest man I have ever been around.

Sexton is #82 for UK. He gets some PT on special teams and he's a huge man. He is one of the "IronCats" (He was the strongest overall TE).

Go back and watch it. I know for a fact that he stuffed Menetrey at least once. Regardless, he can smack people as can Mitchell. And if we have to choose sides, I'll obviously take Joe. Both great athletes, one comes with no baggage.

Joe is probably faster, Mitchell definitely has a better college body. Despite Joe C's size though, he can smash people. He put Dustin Menetrey on his back a couple of times his sophomore year.

It's hilarious how many of these threads are started every football/basketball season. Many on here have said CCH and I'll agree. However if you said LexCath, I totally disagree. Both times I played there and the one time I watched, they had no student support and had trouble filling up their side of the stands.

There's no doubt in my mind that Mueller is great with kids and that league puts out a solid number of great Bluebirds. But saying my previous thread is an "accusation" is wrong. It's not bush for me to present facts.

I've got plenty of people that will tell you from first hand experience that this is absolutely wrong but that's for another thread. Mueller is a great football coach, no doubt, but I won't even begin to agree with this. But I will agree that winning does attract the athletes.
