I noticed some kids on their stats that were not on the roster? Did they have some kids quit or leave the team? If so.... WHY?

South Oldham will dominate this district until they do realignment. Not a very strong district unless B-East can improve.

North was picked to finish second in the district and could still do that with a win the next two weeks. 18 seniors last year-- 13 this year- they definitely have the experience to compete late in the season.

I think this will be a real tall task. North is definitely playing better, their skill players are as good as many of the past teams. Their issues have been on the lines. It would be a big upset on the road.

Wow- he has really developed into one of the best qb's in 4A and the entire state for that matter. He can run as well as pass. Nice threat to have!

Great kid- outstanding football player, wrestler, and young man. All-State- HM as a JR- and robbed of it his Sr year. Will make an impact at G-Town. Best Motor on a d-linemen that has come out of the state in sometime.

North Oldham has not been North Oldham because the have had 5-6 starters out the last 3 games. Elizabethtown was just about 3 starters. It has been a snowball from there. No need to cry about it... injuries are part of the game. Hopefully they will get some players back... except two lost for the season. They need all to win in this district.

No the time out will not-the hail mary will. time out was called because it was 4th and short. Fg attempts for North Oldham on the year was 0-9. A 4th down play was an option instead of kicking the fg. After debate fg was chosen. So here is the information to set the record straight.

North Oldham gets running clock 2 mins to go in first half and cruises to a 49-6 win. The defense held western to 56 yds rushing. Great win for the Mustangs.

Coach Perry has done a wonderful job... he will find a way to get his guys a win.

First off all Bellevue coach Johnny Poynter is one of the good guys and on top of that he is a great coach. If he did what you said it must have been peewee officiating on a Friday night. What he and his staff have done with one of the smaller enrollments in 1 a is amazing. They are playing the big boys and they are competing. Give him the kids and more numbers and 4a Holmes would have been knocked off. Any true football person can see that.

Maybe North Oldham needs a little more respect.

North Oldham had 9 starters out of the game. Would have had 11 but got two back this week. So considering the North Oldham squad gave a great effort. Early season was pretty tough lost two to AcL's in South and OC game. Lost starting fullback in July to ACL. 5 were suspended for violating team rules last week. So again to keep it close against a good Bardstown team, shows what this team COULDA BEEN. Oh by the way some of those were two way starters? Just one of those years I guess!!

Coach Johnny Poynter was a great addition to the Bellevue staff. he always gets the kids to play hard for him. Congrats to BV!
