^I'd say so... its pretty much a whole new passing attack as well. Ashland lost their 3 leading recievers(McDavid, K.Burns,Bonner) and their QB so id say it will take some time for things to gel.

Two years about a week ago. Clark has improved so much more, it was a miracle that he survived.

Josh Cordle from Ashland will be playing. He is #43 and will be playing LB.

Mahan was at Ashland his sophmore year, but did not see any playing time at the varsity level. Remember, Ashland still had Holbrook then.

I know for a fact Mahan never went to Lawrence you might seriously consider checking your sources.

The loss of Mahan now mean's the cats must replace 19 starters out of 22 from last year.

I've heard that he's planning on moving to live with his grandparents in Greenup, and that he's been told by officials at Greenup he will be able to play next fall.

Mahan was recently kicked off the team at Ashland and is looking to transfer from what i hear.

Not really NKY, but Ashland Center Ryan Bonner filled his role very nicely this year. You could count on him to get you 12 and 7 each game and the team would feed off of his hustle and spirit. He might get out of control sometimes, but I assure you that you will hear much from him for the next 2 years.

Ashland plays them this year at Tank Stadium.

I think the ADI has done a magnificent job of coverin Elliott County's run to rupp.

I would say that Daniel should have been third behind Vanhoose and McDavid.

Ashland will have to have alot of heart this year. They dont seem to have much leadership going into the season, and they also dont have much size on the line. This season could go alot of ways. They could come out and surprise people with a 1 loss or 2 loss season, or they could come out and lose half thier games. It all depends on how bad they want it. Everyone knows that the coaching staff will do all they can in order to prepare the Tomcats, because when you have one of the best coaches in the state with Leon Hart, you know they will be fine there. The Tomcats should be able to realize rather easily that they are not only playing for this season, they are playing for the years of tradition Ashland has, and the A on their helmet.

Wow i dont know if ive ever seen a worse officiated game in a region tournament... the refs almost single handedly gave the game back to the Raiders in the second half. Im almost at a loss of words to describe how bad the officiating was today.
