I'm a raceland fan. It's a rivalry game. They are usually close. I picked Raceland to win. What is it to you ? Do you want to tell me what to post ?

Well, at least there is a playoff system in high school. Unlike the NCAA.:lol: :lol: So, if you think your team is being shortchanged, they can do something about it on the field.:thumb:

Still not a lot tougher. Only Ashland and SK will provide a challenge.

Get your lead early and let the young kids play. Russell doesnt need to leave Casey in to set a record. If its a blow out, and it will be,why let him stay in and get a bunch of TD's . Don't be like the WV coach. He let his stud RB stay in and get over 6oo yards rushing.

With Raceland's non-district schedule, I don't know why they would want to play Russell. I know it's a local game, but I don't know why to get a game that will most likely go against them.

Rams just outclassed Berea. No contest from the start. For Raceland to beat Bath, they will have to balance the offense. Running will set up the pass. If Rams can't run, they will be in trouble. Passing game needs to play well against the good teams too. We won't beat Bath if we throw the ball up for grabs.

Everyone just keep over looking Russell. They will be there in the end, then others will have to show Russell that they can beat the Devils. We'll see. Until then, all that can be done is talking the talk. :argue:

Raceland needs to get the crossing patterns into the game plan. We can't have every pass play be a bomb. You are asking the line to have to block too long for that. Am i wrong, or did Carver not get any carries tonight? I thought he ran the ball well for Raceland this year. Rams can bounce back. Just have to protect the ball better.

Raceland never got it going. They score on a punt return and get a FG after having the ball at the 1 yard line. LCA's speed shut down the receivers and the passing game. Raceland kept trying long pass plays. Grizzle threw 2 Int's and should of had at least 2 more. LCA has a nice group of skill players. The QB ,RB (#30) and the WR (#3) are all going to be special. Rams had better figure out how to do something on offense besides dropping back and hoping for a bomb. The offense hasn't scored a TD since the first quarter of the Greenup game.

These games should be used to get the kicking game some work too.

Raceland will need for defense to stay strong and they will need to stay with the run more. Get more carries for Denton,Carver, and Beech. The passing game has done nothing against the 2 good teams that Raceland has played. Raceland 17 LCA 15

Why doesn't Evans get more chances to kick FG's? Russell passed a chance to let him try about a 35-40 yarder. If the Devils get in a situation where they need a FG, he won't have the experience to do it. It would do his confidence good. He kicks deep FG's in the pregames and never misses practice where he is constantly nailing FG's. Evans' kickoffs are also going pretty deep, except when the coaches call for the squibs.

I don't know about ALL the penalties. Some seem to be for no reason. But I DO know that the fumble on the kick return in the 4th quarter, shouldnt had been a fumble. The player was on the ground when the ball came out. The ground can't cause a fumble. I agree, the trucks shouldn't be used until some playoff wins. They weren't there when the basball team made it to the regional finals.
