I dont have scores, but I think Franklin Co. beat Clark, Henry Clay beat Mason Co., and Rowan Co. beat Nicholas Co. Those are the games I watched.

I have said for many years that Brad Riley at Campbell County is ready to lead a program. He is in my opinion one of the best assistant coaches in NKY.

Bracken County lost C Chelsea Ahrens and G Jaclyn Crawford to ACL tears and G Brittany Burden transferred to Manchester! All 3 would have seen significant Varsity minutes for the Lady Bears...

Terrance Brooks of Paris deserves his name mentioned...

Russ Middleton -- especially after his great showing in the state tournament last year. Luke and Kyle King from Deming deserve some mention in this thread as they are only sophomores and will get better. Stenzel and Zollo both deserve some credit as well.

I believe Paris lost some key players to graduation, but they return a great player in Emily Hinkle and as long as Coach Brooks is at the helm, they will always be competitive!

They will not be going to Paris this week due to their Youth Team Camp and because a lot of the girls play on a traveling softball team that will be attending a national tournament that they qualified for in Florida!

Scott is a well coached team! But Mason County is the favorite until someone knocks them off... It could be Clark Co, could be Montgomery, could be Scott, but until they get beat, they are my favorite!

Another great tournament for smaller schools is the Villa Madonna Holiday Classic. They have a great hospitality room to boot...
