What's the criteria? Too vague without parameters. Thanks!

Ability to lead the program in absense ( or in spite of) the head coach.

Shows promise of being a head coach.

Always has the programs best intrest at heart.

I have said for many years that Brad Riley at Campbell County is ready to lead a program. He is in my opinion one of the best assistant coaches in NKY.

I agree. Brad will make a great head coach at whatever school is lucky enough to land him.

Brenden Stowers and he may be better than a lot of "Head" coaches!!!!
