I was glad I went to this game (being on pass list was the deciding factor). Augusta outplayed Brossart and deserved to win this game but give Brossart credit they fought hard and hit a tough challenged shot with the left to win the game. Not saying they didn't before but I bet Augusta gained more respect with some Brossart players and fans. I know Coach Code respects the Panthers! I'd like to know what Mustang thought about the charge call on Fraysure late in the game.:idunno:

Lady Bear senior center and team captain Allana Ahrens received terrible news today. She tore ACL, lateral meniscus,and fractured her patella. She also suffered a bone contusion. She will have surgery on Thursday. Please say a prayer that everything comes out OK!

Very good post! So few people forget the people that start todays athletes and getting them interested. This was a tremendous team win today for Coach Douglas and the entire Lady Saints program. Good Luck in Richmond and enjoy the experience.

The Lady Bears improve to 4-1 to start season with a 59-35 victory at Bourbon Co as a part of the Kentucky Bank Shootout. Sara Sticklen won player of the game honors with 25 pts and 15 Rebs. Emma Conley chipped in with 11. Bourbon was lead by Kylie Hilander's 14 pts. She is a really nice player.
