This was a good win for the Lady Bears. Beechwood has a nice young team with several very good players. They are definitely going to be fun to watch the next few years. Congrats to Coach McCarthy on a fine season thus far and BEST OF LUCK in the postseason.

The game with Bishop Brossart has been canceled. Both teams agreed before the season that if they played in the Class A Finals, they would cancel their regular season game. This is because if both teams had a full schedule they wouldn't have to ask another team to cancel a game for the ALL A State game. Bracken Co. has picked up Beechwood on February 12th @ Beechwood.

The team with the most points will win and they will win because they scored the most points hahaha

Lady Bears up 3 at the half. Had another let down in 3rd and got outscored 21-2. Lady Bears turned it over 29 times. First time over 20 in a long time. Its going to be an adjustment witout PG Emma Conley, but the Lady Bears will adjust and bounce back! Coach Graham has a great team and their record doesnt indicate how good they are. They have a nice PG and probably the most athletic post in the 10th in Skinner. Coach Graham does a nice job. Good Luck to Clark Co. the rest of the season!

Bracken Co. Lady Bears open up the Herrington Lake Classic in Burgin with a 63-42 victory over a good Bath Co. Bailey Cummins scored 19 of her game high 21 in the first half. Emma Conley pitched in 12 and Jordan Wills with 9. The Lady Bears play the winner of Monticello / Presentation winner tomorrow at 6pm.

Very good comeback Victory for Coach Arnold and company. Were down double figures in the 3rdprocess quarter. Showed a lot of heart coming back to win this game.
