Augusta 61 Pendleton Co. 59

Wow, this is a surprise. Where was the game played?

Both gyms tough places to play. Nice win for the Panthers.

Pendleton played as bad as they possibly could have tonight. A very well-coached Augusta team was just the better team tonight. Pendleton was ice cold, and didn't rebound whatsoever. Fraysure from Augusta is the real deal. Nice shooting display from both him and Antrobus from Pendleton County.

Great win for the Panthers tonight! Awesome team defense throughout. Pendleton County struggled to get anything consistent going in the halfcourt. Augusta next plays at Bourbon County on Friday night while Pendleton County has to shake this loss off quickly with Mason County coming to town tonight.

Congrats to Coach Robin Kelsch and his Panthers!!!

A great start to the new season for the boys from A-Town.

Congrats to the guys from A-Town!

PC loses to A-Town and now has Mason tonight, it could get ugly!

Sounds like the PC boys were looking ahead to Mason after winning at South Laurel on Sat. Augusta comes to play every game.

Augusta could be this year's 10th region sleeper if they keep having their kids focused on what they can do to contribute to a winning team and they stay away from the "Blue" pill in the district draw.

Anybody know what happened in the JV game?

Augusta JV came back from a fourth quarter deficit and won by double digits. It was another case of the more talented team being outplayed by a scrappy and never-say-die Augusta team. Reminded me a lot of the Varsity game.

Anybody know anything about the freshman game?
