  1. tough loss for the Rams! Brave effort at the end going for 2!
  2. I've been reading alot but refrain from posting. I've missed this like crazy tho!
  3. ‰Speaking of juicy subplots, the Point Guard is going to make a no-no by releasing some tidbits of information. Don’t call them rumors. Let’s call it estimated speculation. Word spreading at the regional tournament indicates the following: Look for a coaching change to take place as soon as today for Boyd County boys’ basketball. If Dave Wooten has resigned, as is the word, top candidates to take the job are Jeff Hall and, hold on to your seat, Rex Cooksey. Randy Ward and Chris Barnes have also been mentioned. Hall has coached at Rose Hill and Ashland, but recently coached two years at Glasgow, where his son, Cameron, has graduated. And, if Tim Fraley does not return to Greenup County, Cooksey has been mentioned as a top candidate for that job as well. Today, though, Cooksey has other priorities.
  4. Spindoc, my heart is heavy for you and your family during this time. May God give you strength inf the upcoming days, and comfort you as he holds you in his arms.
  5. Spindoc, thoughts and prayers for your mother and your family. May God give each of you strength!
  6. Let's go Rams! (I can't get the webcast here. Thanks for the updates, OR)
  7. Look for Juan Staten to replace Craft at shortstop
  8. The honorary captains last night were Jerry Flocker, Karen McBrayer and Donny Rowe. This was special for Flocker as his son Jacob is a senior and last night was senior night. Donny did not wear his famous #3 and instead chose to honor another '79 graduate, #44 Larry Anderson, who is no longer with us. It's a great day to be a RAM!
  9. Congrats Raceland! Way to show you really want to win. Good luck next week!
  10. He has verbaly commited to James Madison and should sign soon
  11. I did not personally know this family, but my heart goes out to them just the same. May God carry them in his hands and comfort them during this tragic loss.
  12. Thoughts and prayers for this young lady, her family and teammates. Any updates?
  13. Gosh, Cville, sorry I missed you! Glad to see you are feeling better and back online. Hope your recovery is a speedy one!
  14. OR you are correct. Cville has a wonderful outlook on life and with that positive attitude, he will bounce back quickly! If you guys decide to race, be sure to announce it here. Heck, maybe we could charge a small admission and donate it to a local charity!
  15. I am so sorry, Cville! I have been out of town and am just reading this! I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. As always, I am only a phone call away if you need anything at all!
  16. Intensity is most definitely an asset, as long as it is CONTROLLED intensity. Four technicals in five games doesn't show much self-control, and that cannot be blamed on the coaches.
