Tough loss to end a rough (14-14) season for the Lady Rams. Raceland had beaten Russell ealy in the season but the Lady Devils won the one that counted and their players deserved the win.

Time to roll out the softball equipment now Lady Rams.

Russell out played Raceland the entire game. Did not understand why Raceland did not press more.Russell's press gave Raceland fits to many turnovers from it.

I am shocked at the final score, not that Russell won. I assumed a very hard fought close game. I was picking the home team, but not at all suprised that the Russell won. Sounds like the press just wore the Lady Rams down.

She may not have led the Lady Rams in scoring, but her effort never went unnoticed by this Ram fan. She played hard and aways looked to help her team. It was about what it has been about all season, Brooke Keeton's inability to deal with her temper. She got fouled on a shot, and after the foul was called, she pushed the Russell player with her shoulder. Good call by the official.
