It was hard to believe that he didn't start Martin and it came back and bit him. He had one of the favorites in the region and lost in the 1st round.

Ashland played N. Laurel in Florida this year and beat them. Now you have to remember this was early early in the season and who knows how much N. Laurel has improved but thats the only thing I know about them.

What about Ijames or Witten?

sounds like a late night for both teams. You think this late start really affected Greenup?

But you have to get past the 1st game to get to the 2nd, and win the 2nd to get to the championship. I would take it one game at a time.

This was just a great game between 2 big rivals. Both teams played well, Bowling for Boyd was huge. It was a very close game and i look for both teams to do well in the regional tournament. Good luck to both teams!

Bias played huge in this game. He went 2-2 with a walk and scored both runs, while pitching great. What a great pitchers duel between Bias and Robbie Harris, just a great game.

I agree those 4 are the top teams, but I'll put them in order. 1. Boyd 2. Greenup 3. Rowan 4. East Carter JMO

I'm a natural grass fan myself, but turf is much less hassle. And with the problems Ohio State had with their field last year this is really much needed.

Mount Saint Joe has a good program. They were ranked in the top 25 in D3 most of the year and won their conference. Good luck!

Ashland got a very good outing from Sophmore pitcher Chase Adkins. He pitched 6 innings while allowing only 1 hit. Bias came in to close.
