Definitely sounds like flexibility issues. Lifting shoes would help. Also should work on his ankle, hamstring, and hip flexibility. That said 585 probably isn't that far off if his DL is 680.

To be fair Duffer was successful before and after Will. Clay could have been successful running other offenses because he's a good coach. The scheme isn't what makes good coaches successful.

Henderson's biggest problem on O last year was they didn't have a QB to that could be effective in the spread. IMO, from my arm chair, they should have stuck with Skip and just taken their lumps. He seemed to be a much more effective runner than any other option. He has a decent arm but struggled with accuracy and decision making (which is understandable for a freshman). At the end of the day until they can get the number of kids that can actually contribute on Friday night up, Henderson will never be consistent from year to year. Just playing too many both ways.

This. I dont Coach Morris from Adam. I do know Henderson was not without talent on the offensive side and the offense seemed to get worse as the season went on.

Henderson Co - 45,000 people McCracken Co - 65,000 people Hardin Co - 101,000 people The school size argument is tired. Hendersons 1972 come from a pool of basically 1972. How many kids are in Hardin and McCracken Co? No Henderson does not do a great job of getting all the talent on the field but what are you going to do? You can't make kids come out for football.
