Apparently Cal is there checking out Tandy.

If Henderson hadn't lost 3 of their best players before the season started, they would have had a really good shot at ending it. Even then it's no given, CC has a nice team so they would still be a tough out. I've not seen UHA play but having one of the best players in the state never hurts.

Side note...is there a machine in Christian Co that just churns out stud athletes named Tandy?

I do not watch a ton of high school basketball so it tough for me to compare but I would have thought Ware would be getting more looks.

I can only speak to this game since it’s the only time I’ve seen him. Very good shooter and range from any where on the floor. I don’t think I saw him miss anything behind the arc during warm ups and not many during the game. High motor guy, got a ton of rebounds just coming out of nowhere. Very quick off the floor.

Henderson played well in the first half but really had no answer for Ware. CC was able to stretch out the lead and while Henderson got it to 7 or so at one point they just couldn't maintain. I can't describe how impressive Ware played.

Did I say differently?

While I think this stuff is cool as heck, I'm also in the camp that it's a colossal waste of money.

Jumped up .40 yesterday in Henderson. Did the same thing last week. Was $2.10ish and jumped up to around $2.50.

Is there any doubt why the public schools will never compete for titles on a regular basis?

A baseball game going longer doesn't really add to the risk of injury. A football game has unlimited subs and the actual action is very small in relation to the length of the game.

Henderson with their 3rd straight regional title. They will play Bowling Green on Tuesday at Henderson.

Henderson had 3 goals total taken. I've no clue why the first goal was taken and the push in OT was, well, still trying to figure it out. Kevin Patton had a great video of it on his twitter feed. About as bad a call you will see.

The one that shows he clearly didn't score.

Definitely didn't get in on the second to last play. You can clearly see his elbow down short of the goal line. The last play is tough to tell but believe you can see his knee down about the time the back comes up to try and push the pile.

Unless he enrolled at Doss in the last couple weeks he is at Henderson. On Sept 1st I talked to the parent who has a kid on the team and they said both DJ and Taye were at Henderson.

Why can't it be an option in public schools? Henderson just started a drug testing program for all athletes middle school and up. Also includes anyone that has a parking permit at the high school.

Look, I don't necessarily like the parents/players acted in getting Isenberg fired but the narrative of poor old Isenberg is tired and played. The dude screwed up, that's on him. I don't feel sorry for him and actually think it's a little comical considering the way he's treated/handled issues with some players in the past. Kind of a "what goes around comes around" type thing. That said, he knows the game and did a good job regarding getting wins. But I will never support any coach at the high school level that won't allow his players to play other sports. Isenberg wouldn't so no tears shed here for him being gone. I can only hope Coach Hines doesn't have the same mind set. If he does I hope he's shown the door as well.

The cost of the phone wouldn't stop me from getting it if I had to have a new one. I mean there is no other devise in my life I use more than my phone. I didn't hesitate a bit to pay $1500 for a TV or $700 for a computer. I don't use either a fraction as much as I do my phone. That said I can't justify the spend when my iphone 6 was just fine. Before when you could get the latest and greatest at discounted price with a contract I always upgraded when eligible. Now my phone will have to crap out first.

I didn't watch the launch but was looking at the new products yesterday. Phones are getting out of control on prices. The 8plus 256G at $949 and the X at $1149.

So should companies/business suspend business until the unicorns and rainbows come out?

I was just told that the 2 in question are enrolled at Henderson. So they are definitely not going to Doss.

So it looks like one kid transferred to Evansville Bosse and 2 others have some issues that will likely leave them ineligible. No idea if they are going to Doss. I would think it is unlikely but who knows.

That would be weird. I'm pretty sure Coach Stone and Coach Smithart have a good relationship. Stone's brother still coaches at Henderson. Also odd they would move to Louisville just to play for Coach Stone. I mean it's not like Doss is some power prep school.
