So got another bill in the mail for toll charges, this time from Texas and for $64.00. There were 5 tolls in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Same guy as the last time, veteran plates on a Chevy Silverado. Again emailed pics of my truck and plate to them and it’s been taken care of. At this point I guess I need to get a new plate.

Well, shot the Vertix and was disappointed. It was a 70lb bow and the first 1/3rd felt like 80. Very harsh draw cycle till about 1/2 way. Shot a 70lb Bowtech SS right after and it felt like my 60lb Tribute. I was hoping the Vertix would be similar to the Triax but unfortunately it was not

He’s won a super bowl and better than 60% of his games. What 10-15 coaches have matched that over Tomlins tenure in Pittsburgh?

Thinking of getting a new bow this year. I almost pulled the trigger last year but couldn’t decide between the Mathews Triax and Bowtech Realm so ended up not getting anything. If the Triax was slightly longer I would have probably gotten one. The really short axle to axle scared me a bit. Well this his year the Vertix appears to be just that, a slightly longer Triax. Going to shoot one today and see how it feels. The other option will be the Bowtech SR6. I’m currently shooting a Bowtech Tribute that I bought in 2006. I have really enjoyed it but just itching for a new one.

To believe he should have done more you’d almost have to think he is the best coach ever. How many have done more than he has? Can probably count them on one hand.

Look, I get what you're saying but college athletics quit being about higher learning and 100% a business a long time ago. As long as coaches are being fired for not winning enough, it should 100% be their decision what players they offer. I don't blame kids for flipping and I'm not going to blame coaches either.

How many of those kids had offers from UK? Look, I'm not saying his choice had anything to do with the award, as a matter of fact I think PP nailed it. But there's always been talk that committing to KY helps your case.

But the playoffs have nothing to do with that. And ultimately bowls don't mean anything unless it is for a NT.

I don't begrudge the kid for picking any school but why commit a month ago to UK and then reconfirm that commitment yesterday.
