I agree...I don't think Pikeville is great or anything this year but I didn't think anyone in EKY besides Johnson Central could spank the Panthers like this...Belfry is making a statement tonight and they have to be a favorite to bring another state title home to Pike County.

Congrats Catholic and good luck to the Knights... Pikeville has another big game coming up soon against Belfry so hopefully the Panthers continue to improve. Pikeville has the Defense to bring home their 4th state title this year imo but the offense is another story.

I hate the offense that Pikeville runs...

That last turnover was a killer...hopefully the Panthers can keep it respectable in the 2nd half.

I've heard that Warford(Madison Central)and Simpson(Henry Clay) are two junior linemen that UK will be all over next season...

Lawrence County is a good team...much better than the typical 0-3 team. Lawrence County used to have one of the top programs east of Lexington...heres hoping that they get back there.

Will Isreal play next week against Pikeville?? Finch had 300+ yards and 4 tds I believe...

I've read that the UK coaches are very high on Burden and are very excited to have landed a commitment from him.

Maybe Paintsville but not Pikeville...Of course I would have never thought Hazard would beat Pikeville in the playoffs last year, so I guess you never know.

Tough game next week for Pikeville as Lexington Catholic comes to town to take on the Panthers...The Panthers need a good week of pratice.
