  1. Yeah I agree with you...The D for the Cats will give them fits. How do you think Cinci O will do against an improved but still not great WVU D?
  2. And by the way GT I would have your boys back anytime of the year, unless they are playing UK, WVU, or even Marshall.
  3. How many times did WVU stop theirself though. Like when White was out they were on the goaline, they threw a stupid pass for a INT. They are my fav team after UK....But I get so frustrated watching their mental mistakes, I mean it kills me.... Just so UL fans dont think of this bad neither I know Louisville made those fumbles happen, but still they have to learn to hang onto that ball. This will be a good game....WVU cant afford to "stop theirself" like the mental mistakes they make. USF problem for WVU I think was the speed of that D, they were so fast. However I think that WVU should have, bud didn't lined Schmidt up there and let him run at them. They have "potential" to do so many things on offense, as one coach once told me you keep trying something until you find something that team cant defend. And ya know its scary because they have weapons to do that.
  4. Here is the thing, the only ppl who seems to stop WVU, is WVU. They are so good but make so many mistakes. But I do like the Eers in this one. Cinci is a very good team, and has a great D, they will hold WVU down some but here is the thing, you can hold them down some but they are going to score, and I dont think Cinci has enough O to answer that.
  5. Congrats on the win..........I'm sure it was packed out and the crowd was fired up for an exciting playoff matchup........Shewww you have to love this playoff system, we will see a lot more of these scores......But congrats to Bell for real and good luck the rest of the way hopefully I will go down to watch Belfry win state and get to see Bell win it while Im there.
  6. Tighman vs Central Russell/Breathitt vs Belfry With those being the favorite, it would see that somebody always sneaks in there somwere.
  7. Yeah my bad, I type faster than my brain. They are undefeated in Morgantown, I can remember the year they upset Virginia Tech on a Thursday night and Florida State. However I remember at begining of the year many thought this game would be plugged as a potential battle for right to be in NC. But I tell several of my friends in West Virginia dont get to relaxed, as long as they have Brohm at QB then Louisville is dangerous.
  8. First behind UK, I am a WVU fan, live close to both states. I also cheer for Louisville but not in this one, sorry Cards. But I think WVU has a much better defense than ppl are giving them credit for, and that will win them the game. One note on Thursday night games WVU is undefeated, the atmosphere in Morgantown really changes for the night games. Louisville has one of the best QB's they are and he will keep them in the game. But I see WVU D stepping up in the fourth and pulling away behind the backs. Also one ppl forget is Schmidt, if all else fails that kid can lay you out.
  9. I had to listen to this on the radio, and I was listening to the Colts broadcasters. Well they were talking about how the media would make a bigger deal out of this than it really was. But IMO it was a big deal because I would rather, if I was a Colts fan, have the rematch in the RCA than New England, I get cold watching their playoff games on TV.
  10. Here is my problem with OSU, they are yet to play a dominant pass defense in the ground and pound Big 10. Nobody is going to run to much on them, they are geared to stop the run. But that zone defense got them pounded last year when they faced a passing team, and I think that they will get exposed with a good passing again this year. The LB's are hoss cats but its hard for them to cover a 4.3 WR dashing across middle, and Tressle is hard headed and he will stay in the zone the whole game.
  11. Here ist he thing two years ago how many of us was sold on Woodsons decision making? I know I wasnt he was the worse.
  12. I agree totaly with you, but hopefully his effor pays off, because UK NEEDS him this year.
  13. Yeah he is William "Bo" Harris this year. You got to love to watch the kid play, he talks more than anybody I ever seen on the court, he just has fun with the game. He was more reserved tonight though. Pikeville has a lot of talent that could play at D1 level if not for grades, they are one of the Mid South favs. Kentucky played hard and aggresive, you do that and good things will happen.
  14. Honestly I thought in 04 Pburg was for sure the best team Belfry played, Ocath was the most explosive, but Pburg was athletic and matched Belfry physicaly, but both years OCath and Etown was both tough match ups for Belfry with their passing, although Belfry was tough matchups for them as well. As for 03, I felt Middlesboro was the best game Belfry played during that run, I think them and Etown would have been a godo game as well, but I would probably say Etown was second best team we played. We beat Middlesboro 21-0 that year.
  15. I'm not saying Central is overrated or anything like that, I give them allt he credit in the world for their shcedule. I def understand the trip being a factor. But even when you have a bad night you play physical you know. Maybe they are very physical I dont know I havent seen them play. I just think that from what I have heard, Belfry, Russell, Mason, or Breathitt wont beat them with speed or atheletes but simply have to knock their block off, and I feel pretty conftorable with those teams being able to out muscle them. It will be an interesting matchup whoever it is, if you make it that far on either side, your good, that simple.
  16. No Gibbs walked on past him, it was topic of conversation on the NFL Network.
  17. Its over, but I still aint raking, Lewis can come rake mine, hed probably mess up though lol.
  18. Yeah I understand his point, but as hard as it is sometimes its best to just grin and beat it and be the better person. I havent seen the post game quotes yet but Im sure its because he was upset over the fourth down conversion. If I was a coach I probably wouldnt have did it because I would protect Brady. But like them or not this team is unreal.
  19. Maybe it wasn't best move int he world but its NFL, but I was dissapointed in Joe Gibbs for not shaking hands after the game, win or loose rather your done right or wrong, shake hands, I did learn that in Pee Wee lol.
  20. Hey quit trying to motivate your guys lol. Honestly though Belfry is the wise head pick for anybody right now, and heart pick for me, but it wont be easy. And I really think the east will win it this year, the Johnson Central and Louisville Central game really goes to show me they dont like physical play, and somebody fromt he east will bring the ball right at them.
  21. Pretty good when you play four of the top 10 players in the Nation in eight games. The best thing is Kentucky is 3-1 agaisnt these guys. That isn't to bad.
  22. Rick is a great coach and Paige is a special very special player, and a great person. Congrats to both.
  23. I talked to a very unbiased person from Johnson County, they told me Central was very athletic and fast. But wanted no part of physical moutnain football, and if that be the case I guarantee you one of the teams fromt he East, whoever it is, has a nice little suprise for them.
