  1. You have to pull for UT because Kentucky more than likely isn't going to catch the Vols, and the two seed will be very important for us down the stretch, a bye will help with our lack of depth.
  2. I'll take the Cards at home. This game would be very interesting on the road.
  3. He is in fact going to Georgetown, from my understanding UK and Marshall both offered perferred walk ons but no schollys, in my opinion they missed the boat, but maybe Im biased. But I think he has the speed to go with size. But G'Town is a incrediable school that has it going on and this is a big honor, for both May and the Tigers.
  4. Yeah I realize it is a dream but it is just one I would like to see. As far as the others I would love to see us go to Wheeling Park and see us play Wheeling Central Catholic. I see these guys play nearly every single year, and I could tell you they couldn't handle the physical play of Belfry. They would be a huge turn out from Mingo and Logan County WV to watch those guys go down to a school their own size. But then again that is another dream. I still wished a Bell County or somebody would have stepped up to the plate. I also would not be upset with a Letcher Central series, first class place to play and those guys are doing things right.
  5. Personally I think Gillispie does have a ego. I also think having a ego is a must to coach at Kentucky.
  6. Yeah its not that much difference but Parkersburg would be a heck of a game, those guys would be good for us to play.
  7. Belfry tried Bell County, they didn't want to travel that far, that would have been perfect. They tried Tolsia and Wayne WV (two good WV opponents) but a loss in West Virginia is rough due to playoff systems. They tried several otehr top opponents also, I know they tried Prestonsburg and a couple of others. The only school I heard is trying to play them this year is Logan West Virginia, they will move to 3A and have to improve their schedule, they have nice speed but it still would be a 30-40 point Belfry win. I wouldnt mind seeing Belfry and Letcher Central work something out.
  8. Belfry tried to upgrade their schedule last season, but nobody would play. It is a rough situation because Haywood loves to play challenging schedule, they do still got JC game which is a good game for them, I just wished Belfry could get one tough opponent in the place of the East Carter or the Shelby Valey game, but I say Belfry will honor the contract next season with those schools and then not resign after that, as long as they can get a challenging opponent.
  9. He did recruit him, but Patterson also said when Billy G came calling that he was amazed by his pitch. I think the biggest factor for Kentucky was location close to Huntington, but I do think the stock rose with Gillispie.
  10. Here is the thing, I worked in Huntington for a bit while he was there, I know his mom fairly well, the one UK game I have been to this year she seen me and came and hugged me and talked to me, really a nice lady. Put it this way Patterson is a mommas boy, which is why he is at UK. One thing she wants his him to finish his education at UK and he says hes staying four years, he said that through the recruiting process. Will hee? Probably not but I really think he will be there atleast three years. Patterson is not your typical teenager, he really has a great head on his shoulders. His family isnt rich but they aren't hurting for money neither, so in my opinion I think we will see him three years at UK, unless they are some kind of crazy circumstance were he hates Billy G or something and I dont know of anything like that.
  11. Brady has the better supporting cast this year, but he hasn't always had the greatest out there. Favre had some as well, like Freeman, that dude could catch about anything. Right now I would go with Favre as the best career, but when its all said and done this wont be no debate because Brady will be the best hands down.
  12. BTW I was tickled to see them beat the Cowboys and congrats, however I have to pull for the Packers because of Favre.
  13. Only thing I say is if Eli is considered great because he led his team this far, you can talk to some Bears fans who will disagree wtih you. He had a pretty good game and made smart decisions, I will give him that, but the Giants defense is the ones worth braging about, one game or even two games should make or break a player. In my opinion Eli is a good quarterback who gets put in spotlight more than he probably should because of his brother.
  14. Is Reynald not coming back? He actualy has another year of eligability he can use, I thought he would take it. They will be fine though, Im telling you they have some very good guys in waiting.
  15. Your in, only because a man with a WVU avitar has to know football.
  16. Hey trust me I welcome all females to staff, I mean somebody has to wash the uniforms, JK
  17. Nah we could win with that schedule, plus how hard could it be to recruit to Hawaii.
  18. Also done forgot the name of it, but the Will Smith movie, not I am Legend but the one were he has the son and was trying to become the broker. I will think of name of it eventualy, but its the saddest movie ever, especialy when they sleep in the bathroom.
  19. Passion of Christ and Million Dollary baby is two that already is mentioned. Two that aren't is Facing the Giants and Pearl Harbor, when he told him that he couldn't die because he was going to be a dad, it got me.
  20. I talked with the sports guy from one of their main TV Stations, if you watched WKYT pregame he was interviewed on there. He told me that Jimbo kind of had control of reigns already and that in his opinion Bowded will push out one more year.
  21. A Hillbilly that didn't have gas money to get all the way to Michigan.
  22. MLB I like the Reds and Mets NFL Bengals and the Bucs NBA I like the Laker girls, only enjoyment I get from NBA.
