I was unable to be there, would someone give more details please as Shamrock69 aluded to. I know it is just a scrimmage but Scott Co.'s senior class has lost several close games to Trinity in the past and that is really a good accomplishment for them to beat them no matter if it is a scrimmage.

Thats exactly right!:thumb: To beat the best you got to play the best, even if it is a scrimmage.

I think he it won't take too long before he is a big time winner there. I wish him the best of luck. He is a great coach.

You are right. We haven't really been able to give X or T very much trouble in the past, but I think it won't be too long before that happens.

What time is it? I haven't heard for sure yet. Hopefully I will get to make the trip to Louisville.

We really enjoy having good teams that are willing to come to Georgetown every year in Trinity or St.X. I want to commend all of the X fans that drove all this way for a scrimmage. You all have really great fans. Hopefully in the next few years we will have the field house done and there won't be a big hunk of concrete walls in the way.:thumb:

Sorry about that! I guess I missed one.

It was a different format, both teams went 20 plays and switched and then 10 after that I beleive. Then there was a halftime that was a special teams display. I beleive I counted 3 St.X TD's and 2 SC touchdowns. The last few X drives Scott Co. controlled the line of scrimmage. SC scored a TD on a fumble return that was a great defensive play. Scott Co. was very one dimmensional on offense without Rodney Haddix.

The whole umpiring crew was terrible at calling balls and strikes this series!!! The strike zone was shins to chin!

I love "One" by Metallica. It starts out slow and then it hits real hard. I love it!

The KHSAA upheld its ruling and he is ineligible. He is looking into going to Hargrave Milliitary Academy or Fork Union Millitary Academy both in Virginia. It was a good ruling that it was upheld, but unfortunate that the family didn't have the rule in mind at the time when they held him back.

Fielding a good team again at Bryan Station will be nothing but a good thing for the Lexington area, 4A, and Kentucky high school football!

What do you mean by this?

I think Henry Clay will be very tough again this year. They have a whole lot of speed. 4A District 7 will be tough once again this year.

Is next week the passing tournament at Notre Dame? Are any KY schools going to be there? I know Scott Co. is going. Anybody else?
