I loved Billy Hick's decision to trap Mayo as he brought it across half court. They took the ball out of his hands for about three quarters. Yeah Mayo got his 26 points, but for the most part Mackey and Jimmie Warren controled him. I really want Tubby to give it his all to get Bud to sign with UK next year. He can handle the ball shoot the three and pull up jumper, as well as take his defender off the dribble. Bud would look great playin for UK!

You seriously think Scott Co. will only score 58 points? They could have 58 at halftime.

He might have a point about them not having another season like this for a couple of years. After you set the school record for wins in a season there normally is only one way you can go, and it's down. He is wrong however Louisville will be around a 10 win team for several years to come. Louisville has built a very solid program.

I think next years class will have some higher rated players according to the recruiting services, and then if we go to another bowl game next year and show how improved the program really is 2009 will be a bigger class with higher rated players.

I think you will see more results from the bowl victory in next year's class, because by the time we won the MCB we had pretty much all of our spots filled up.

Pretty impressive week down in Myrtle Beach by Scott Co.

Matt Walls is the most under rated college prospect in the state IMO.

Scott County flat out rolled after the first quarter. Both teams played sloppy with a lot of turnovers, but very early in the season there is plenty of time to straighten that stuff out.

In Michael Bailey's pictures I have seen of him he appears to be very solid!!

There will still be a lot of UK fans that won't be happy even with the teams first bowl birth in 7 years. I think we will land another solid recruiting class this year with going to a bowl game and recruits will know that Brooks will still be here.

Did they not like his game tape, or someone better out of state come along? I don't really buy the tape argument.

UL messed up on this one. One of the top players in your home state commits to you early, and you just all of a sudden pull the rug out from under him? This could come back to bite Petrino in the future with Rockcastle's coach and other high school coaches around the state.

Scott Co. just absolutely got out muscled last night. Tough way to go out, but Henry Clay definately proved that they were the best team on the field.

So will Porter. I think every player in this class will all be solid four year players.

What conference are they going to be in? Sun Belt?

If Scott Co. can protect the ball and keep their defense off the field then SC will win. No question!

I think if UK can come out and get a quick lead and get a big break or two, that UGA will hang their heads. Hopefully the Cats win!

Scott County had a chance to win in regulation in the closing seconds but missed a field goal. The key to this game were SC's turnovers and Lafayette taking advantage of them. Congratulations Lafayette on the perfect season. You all are a very solid and sound football team.

I think this will be another one of those games for Scott Co. where we are going to hope we have the ball last.
