This wasn't much of a game considering that Scott Co.'s JV gave up the 28 points. Yes Rodney Haddix will be missed this year, but I think Coach Mckee has come up with some clever ways to get the ball downfield.

I head Coach McKee refer to playing the "big boys" of Cincinnati. Woodward is not one of them.

 

I'm not downplaying the victory as its obvious it was a total domination by SC. My comments are informational only. Woodward would not compete against any of the good teams in Cincy regardless of class.

I thought I heard somewhere where the team Scott County beat last night didn't win a game last year. Any truth to that?

I went back and looked up Woodward they finished 1-8 last year, and finished 27th of 29 teams in their region in computer points.

I think it was a better idea of scheduling Woodward than scheduling Bourbon Co. again for the season opener though.
