Final

It was kind of a game that had a lot going for it. There was probably around only 1000 there. For a Scott Co game this is bad. For Lexington its a huge crowd. After the weekend it was like ok we have another game from the crowds perspective.

P. Gifford probably only played half the game. Did not start. Leslie had a big game as well as Wilkerson in the second half.

Thompson for Scott co was injured and may miss one more game. I can honestly say the regions best defensive player. Portwood sat out half the third as well as the fourth quarter with an injury.

 

Lafayette would make a run and Scott Co answered everyone. It was scary to see the future of this team with four sophomores and one junior on the floor tonight for alot of the time for the Cardinals. The 11th region tournament is the state tournament as far as I am concerned. Yeah no recognition but the battle scars. There are 8 teams that have a shot at the 11th region crown.

Foot Injury!

Heard he had foot injury but looked like he was walking ok could there be another injury

Not a bad win for Scott Co. The sky is the limit over the next couple of years for Scott Co. basketball as far as I am concerned.
