St.Henry plays Heritage in the first round tomorrow. Although St.Henry will be heavily favored to win the first round game, it's not right to look past Heritage and the kids who put in the time. Check back tomorrow night for who Beechwood will play.

A few things I'll say about Brossart. (I wasn't at this game.) I imagine that all of the All A championships are special to Brossart. I'd think this would be one of the most satisfying. For the most part Brossart doesn't pass the eye test. They don't look like much when you first see them. Not particuarly big, not particuarly fast. If my memory is right, the senior and junior class did not fair well their freshman year and it looked like lean times coming to the Mustangs. Brossart does what Brossart does. They run their sets patiently. They play really good defense. Secure the ball and move forward. Its a testament to the coaches and the kids. Congratulations Brossart. Don't be satisfied. Keep playing it the right way.

Maley with the career high? Got behind the defense often for some layups and hit quite a few 3's. St.Henry was cruising mid 3rd qtr up by 18ish and Goetz picks up his 4th foul. Boone cuts it to 2 or 3 before the Crusaders regroup. Boone plays hard. Shidler has a nice drive to the left and is a nice looking soph. Nyman shot well from the outside. As good as it was last night in the win vs. Lex Cath it was just the opposite this afternoon. Turnovers and getting beat down the court and bad defense. Not a good combo. Congrats to NCH on the win.

That seems awful deep under the basket for a volleyball court line. Usually on most courts the deep volleyball line is maybe halfway down the lane. Don't know what purpose that line serves. Maybe its something for cross court action, but can see how its confusing. Nice win Mustangs.

Nice team effort. Hanover was there to check out Goetz. I guess #4 was upset about calls or something as he had to be restrained going after the ref after the game. I was impressed by Coopers patience with the ball. They didn't rush very much and were controlled. S.McNeil probably had 20 and 10. Strong going to the basket and took good shots. Kunkel probably had around 15? Had a nice second half shooting the ball. Thought C.McNeil played a nice game at the point and set his team up nice. Hendrix shot looks smooth (was maybe 1for2 from deep). Crusaders missed a lot of shots tonight. Goetz probably had 20 to lead the way.
