I agree with your take on Danville/Boyle. I would say from about 1985 to probably '94, those games were never going to be in doubt and never were. But I do recall Boyle dropping Lincoln County somewhere around '90 and picking them up again because of District changes in the early 00's.

I didn't know you coached David's kids. His brother, Oscar, often forgotten about, was two years older and a very spectacular athlete as well.

They brought in two others that have failed miserably and they've been obstinate about rehiring the man whose a proven winner. Now he's coaching Somerset and Danville is as bad or worse than the late 80's Boyle County teams were.
