  1. Your Mom has never been loud and shrill at any game. You are making this up. LOL
  2. "Vaught's Views" by Larry and Bill Vaught. Larry's predictions in the Thursday Paper. Marty Warren, Richard Glasscock all helping to cover games for the paper so on Sunday, there was a write-up by someone about your game.
  3. Way to not be bitter.
  4. I agree with your take on Danville/Boyle. I would say from about 1985 to probably '94, those games were never going to be in doubt and never were. But I do recall Boyle dropping Lincoln County somewhere around '90 and picking them up again because of District changes in the early 00's.
  5. I didn't know you coached David's kids. His brother, Oscar, often forgotten about, was two years older and a very spectacular athlete as well.
  6. Can you get a special jersey made that is half/half???
  7. Wow!! He's getting to your records on Power Clean!!!! ?
  8. Must win IMO to have some momentum going into the SEC Tourney
  9. He waited but, that was because PJ Carlismo turned him down and Pitino had the Knicks in the post season.
  10. Far cry from the little closet that held some weights and maybe two nautilus machines. That was where I lifted weights and I think Rebel would remember it as well.
  11. Somebody explain this team. Win big games without big players. Better record vs ranked teams than unranked.
  12. When I saw Wagner AND Thiero hit jump shots and 3's, I knew it was going to be a long night.
  13. They were huge rivals. In the 90's. Not recently
  14. Without looking it up I would have to say NO. There was a time where every player had a least a state title at one year in a 4 year career.
  15. That Georgia kid who called back the great pass from inside the 10 to the 25 cost the dogs a very possible TD and momentum. also Dog fumble on long drive negated points. Irish doing exactly what they game planned to do.
  16. Disastrous end of first half for Dogs. 13-3
  17. Mike Harmon was great. So was Ray Whitehouse and Kip Smallwood as a HB. FB, I saw none better than Mike Edminston.
  18. Congrats to the Blue Tornado.
  19. These pages could be filled with some great Raymond Webb stories. I've known quite a few for a while. He is a treasure.
  20. Many worthy players but Q has the "It" Factor like few I have ever seen.
  21. Hope this isn’t breaking the rules Guru. let everyone decide for themselves. One play however is not the only reason for this game’s final score. ? https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1Am2NE7ZCS/?
  22. Tough end to some great players in black and gold. I thought the CCH OLine was superb and the difference in the game. Hats off to Colonels! This will always be a painful What If? For Rebel Fans. Good Luck to Colonels the rest of the way.
  23. You’re 1999 Class AA State Champions! 15-0!
  24. School Administration. They canned their state Champion Coach just "because." They brought in two others that have failed miserably and they've been obstinate about rehiring the man whose a proven winner. Now he's coaching Somerset and Danville is as bad or worse than the late 80's Boyle County teams were.
  25. Seems like a lifetime since the 2017 team
