A little bit overboard I would say! Mercer is the real deal whether you like it or not. Danville beat LCA,which spanked Lafayette!Teams do have off nights,and the 12th region is pretty good. I think Mercer will be just fine.....Lafayette won on this night.

Tough loss! We have had several games that should be ours that go against us. We will get there eventually.

I agree with you. Hoptown could have been called for many more fouls,holding players when Wayne would try to inbound. I don't understand how you can't put your hands on players when ball is in play but you can wrap them up and hold when inbounding the ball.

They played well. I was very impressed.

Lincoln hit 3 shots that they couldn't hit again if they were wide open! Unbelievable...that's it

Boyle has the tough stretch of schedule coming. We will learn a lot in next couple weeks.

Farmer definitely has the green light. It makes it easier to hit those when you know coming out of the game is not an option. He hit several shots but his percentage isn't what you call lighting it up.

Mercer is the clear favorite but there are several good teams in the 12th.

Great team effort from Boyle. Elkins played sick but was a monster inside.. the Rebels continue to improve,but still have much more to improve on. I like this team though!!

Colton had one nasty dunk over another kid. I hope somebody puts it on here. It was unreal!!

I've come to realize that middle school sports really don't matter that much anyway. If it makes you win more games by having older kids, who cares. High school is what matters..

I'm not as high on Dunbar as some. I think Mercer would take them. Hollingsworth(not sure about name) is my favorite player for Dunbar..

Well you would be right. The question was how they looked at Taylor Co. They looked like a middle school team....sorry! I don't follow Hoptown and they may be good, just not a team I worry about because they don't play in our region. Good luck though..

I get tickled at NUR most valuable player choices. They should just go ahead and name the ones that everyone expects to get them before the games. I would have chosen different MVP's in couple games,but that's not what looks the best. Ha!

Doss looked better than Dunbar. Doss will flat out "D"you up. Central looked good and probably are missing a few players for football. Hoptown will struggle this year,didn't look very good.
