Paducah defense is good as advertise. They run to the ball with speed with the best of them. No.6 for Paducah has made a big impact for them. He look like he was the best player on the field Friday against Mayfield. I admire Union. Don’t have big number they just play hard both sides of the ball. QB is good and even better LB’er. #6 is a fire hydrant that shows quickness and #23 is the best player in the region. That kid is versatile and will make a really good college football player. It’s going take a really good team to beat Paducah their class of 3A this season.

Think one could make an argument for Trigg to be in the top 10. 3-0, beat a top 4th raked team n 2A, averaging 42 a game. QB is averaging around 280 a game, RB around 500 yards after 3 games and a WR who’s averaging 150 a game. Defense has 6 picks and girl kicker who’s I think is 20 for 20 on extras points.

The official on Paducah side was on the far side. The ball was on the hash short side so the official with the best view short side field always spots the ball. Very close on both calls I can see why Paducah thinks they got the short end of the stick but I think both calls were correct. Interference that one could not have been called but the ball was under thrown which caused slight contact. Tuff break for sure.

I enjoy seeing WKY teams playing NKY teams gives a small Barometer on other possible match ups. Should be a coin toss.

Tuff district maybe the best district in 3A. Got stay healthy upfront to compete with those two teams. Most of the guys play both sides of the ball so losing one is like losing two. QB Jacob Wease is special. Has all the throws and is like having a coach on the field. WR core is the best I've been around and that saying a lot. Their that good. 6'5 Junior Jhaden Vaughn is the best kept secret in KY. Basketball guy turn football guy. 4.5 forty with a 39 measure vertical jump. Very raw AAU in the summer has kept him off the radar. Had around 200 yards receiving last night. EKU has made the first offer. He really good but honestly Trigg has two more receivers Jerimyah Shearer and Dillion Skinner who can play at the next level. RB Kelsey Parham is the leader of the team. Kid is a beast. I think Trigg has turned the corner and should be a player in 3A for the next several years to come.

Trigg wins in really entertaining high school football game. Both offenses played well tonight. Murray scored with a little over 3 minutes left and went for two. Trigg got the stop. Murray put the on the ground multiple times but Trigg couldn’t get on it any. If they do once or twice they may pull away from Murray. Trigg County Has a lot of juice right now.

Agree didn’t hurt them too much losing to Hendersonville last season won state. Keep playing see if you can beat ‘em one year.

Kelsey Parham rushed for 226 yards. Jerimyah Shearer broke the single-game school, interception record with 3 picks. Also caught 2 TD’s. Jacob Wease threw for over 200 and had 3 Passing TD’s. Warren Central is improved from previous years and will win some more games. A lineman or two away from being dangerous. Trigg plays Murray next week, a big matchup in WKY.

Very intriguing game. Hoptown's defense is the strength of their team and can keep this game within reach if the offense and special teams can play a clean game. Tigers offense will get better as the season gets going they just have to limit 3 and outs and keep the turnovers to a minimal. A Mayfield friend told me he thinks their RB is one the best they have had in years. That's saying a lot Mayfield always seems to have a stud in the backfield.

Upper 20’s. Five to six really good looking skill players just thin upfront.

Triggs wins going away in 1st half 42-6. Not sure I’ve ever seen a team drop down like Russellville compared to last year.

Trigg went 3-0 in pool play got seeded 4th. Won the first game against Estill County by 16. Lost to Henry Clay by 1 in the 2nd game. Went for two and drop ball cost them the game. Fun trip and good competition. Now on the real football.

Went 3-0 then got smoked by tournament champs and running up pearl combs and Clarksville NE. Ended up winning on the last play against a good Logan County team last game of the day. Got seeded 3rd but layed a egg second day. Would have be cool to see Jhaden but he was a national AAU tournament. Great tournament heat was brutal teams that two platoon seem to have more juice on Saturday.

QB Jacob Wease is one WKY’s best QB’s. Should break every school record this season. Very solid WR core lead by D1 prospect 6’5 Jhaden Vaughn. RB Kelsey Parham should be the workhorse behind Oline that returns 4 starters.

Unitas: 47 straight games with a TD pass back when you could hit the receivers before the ball is thrown is amazing!! 4. Manning: Best single caller of all time. 5. Marino: Fast draw in the west. Never had a solid D

Looks like Tilghman could go to 4A next realignment.

100% Lewis very underrated coach who’s life is all about football. I think he would generate some excitement back into the program.

I can vouch that Goble with 100% certainly will be coaching at Trigg County. He’s last year OC at Christian was 2017 -2018 season took a year off to charge the batteries and has been at Trigg since. They think at Trigg their on the verge of becoming a really solid team and Got one of the best QB’s in WKY and a D1 receiver who’s only going be a junior. With the best incoming freshmen in many years and kids moving into the program they have a mindset they want play the Mega School!

Miles if given a chance would build a winner. Hard worker and the kids love him.
