12 and in the 6th grade.

First car I ever drove? 94 Buick Regal. First car legally driven? 91 Honda Accord.

I had these two youngsters walk by around 7 this morning. They hung and took pictures with me for about 30 minutes. In all, I probably saw 10 deer this morning. I thought for sure I was going to tag at least one doe, but they zigged when I needed them to zag.

I guess LexCath must be better than Trinity too.

Happy opening Day Eve!

I like the possibility of this team scrounging 6 wins more so now than yesterday.

Two turnovers crushed us. At the end of the first half, then the opening drive of the 2nd half. That’s a 14 points swing. Woulda/coulda/shoulda and all of that.

Lot of football left... but you’ve got to love the team coming out not scared of Notre Dame.

You aren’t kidding.

Okay, that Louisville D looks familiar. You cannot convince me that this Jawon Pass and last years Jawon Pass are the same person.

From the video I saw, RB seems like a pretty decent football team. NCC is in for a tough game.

Roger Bacon’s game last week only lasted about a quarter and a half. A player on the opposing team head butted the official, and the game was called. RB was up 23-8 and was about to score again.

When I say atypical, I mean maybe a couple times in program history.

C’mon. Would Trinity Roll Covcath this year? Maybe not. Would they win a hard fought game where at the end they were clearly better? Probably. Something like 35-21 sounds right. I think it’s an incredibly atypical year where CovCath could beat trinity. It’s a different level of football.

If you do go public, I’ve really liked hunting the Taylorsville Lake WMA. You’ll find deer and turkey there. For the most part, the other hunters I’ve encountered out there have been cool as well.

I can’t wait! I’ve got a new one on the way due September 20, so my time will be limited this season.

Also, I have a long-Ish, heavy stabilizer. It has greatly cut down on my side to side misses.

A 6 inch group at 40 yards isn’t bad at all. A couple things that I’ve felt help with my accuracy is focusing on back tension. My bow’s back wall has a little give to it, so I really need to make sure I’m all the way back each time. Another thing, I try to hold my aim until the arrow hits the target. I feel like this things helped me a lot.

Pulled the trigger on some slick truck standards. They were hard to put together for whatever reason. My fingers have some fresh cuts... I can’t wait to see how they fly.

Did you go with an HHA? I like the HHA a lot, but the bolts that they package with the one I got are tough to screw. Next time I need to adjust/take it off of my bow, I’ll probably swap them out with some different screws. Also, I was having a little paranoia about hunting situations, but I’ve resolved it I think. For hunting situations, I’m going to set my pin at 25 yards. I’m basically a couple inches high at 20 and a couple inches low at 30.

I don’t hate it. I don’t love it. I’m solidly on the fence. GRRM needs to fill in A LOT of detail for me to get behind this ending.
