Per CalPreps, if you mean just the top three teams, 6A District 7 averages out to a 33.3 ranking, while 6A District 3 averages out to a 29.0 ranking. But if you include all teams, 6A District 3 is the toughest as Dunbar and Station really bring 6A District 7 down.
