I was told they will announce coach before Christmas break.

Don't forget screaming from the stands and acting like an idiot at junior varsity games too.

ask anyone who attended the jv/freshmen games and they could tell you there was a huge difference in heart and passion from the kids led by the assistant coaches. Also, the 3wks the coach was suspended things we more serious and the team played hard. Ultimately, due to injuries, the talent was very, very thin. Lost 2 starting o'lineman in the first 3wks, at a small school this is a killer. There are kids walking the hall and on the team that did not buy into deaton. Dont know why becasue he was a great person.

There are 3 very qualified guys on the staff. I dont agree will getting rid of the staff. They are told to coach a certain way that the head coach desinates. The jv team was very competitive coached by montgomery, walls, and watson. The young kids played hard and disclplined for those coaches. The senior division was also coached by Deaton's bro. There is a lack of quality players in the system. But with right guy, (montogomery,) this could change.

Any news on Chad Montgomery?

Silver Grove will be very well coached. They will play hard. They have depth and size issues. They played New Richmond very tough and competed with Cooper on Wednesday. Campbell's McGovney will be a handful for the Trains. Campbell might be best shooting team in NKY. Campbell pulls away in 4th.

Wow your forgetting James Delaney #3 in rushing and scoring in Bellevue history Chad Montgomery #5 in rushing and scoring in Bellevue history.

Who are the possible candidates for the job?

Zach Deaton was not fired. Coach resigned on his own terms.

Well running hurry up offense with five minutes to go in the game was not acceptable. Calling a time-out with three seconds before the game was over was a joke. Even the refs were looking like what in the world are they doing?

Dayton comes out with the big win, running the ball will bring home the Devils first W.

Dayton by 14. GO DEVILS!!!

Dayton has new uniforms and helmet decals. No pictures for either but the helmet decals are just like the Vikings but solid green, they're horns.

Classic

Dayton vs Newport Tomorrow at 6pm @ Newport.

Not as much as the 07 team but more than 08, and 09.

Camp has been very successful for the Green Devils. Everyday 33+ kids coming to get work done. The line looks solid so does the backs and recievers, alot of speed this year on the field for the Devils.

In the smaller schools (1A) Pompillio for Dayton will be a returning starter as a Junior. He's had his best off season thus far, he's blown up alot since last year.

In the smaller schools (1A) Dayton has some big men this year up front. 74 Brady Pearson 6'0 255 63 Casey Cadle 6'2 260 62 Tyler Hoffstedder 6'0 210 71 Connor Cadle 5'11 230 53 Jay Nellis 6'0 240

Yeah P.E. and Arts & Humanities

Chris Pompillio from Dayton. Tough, hard nosed kid with alot of potential.

Either way we still have 2 solid atheletes up for grabs in the QB position, lets not flame eachother. But! I see Rogg taking snaps this year, and Smith as a TE that's just my opinion. Go Devils:thumb:

Dang...That's rough.:ohbrother:

Rogg and Smith (Jordan) are both top prospects for this years position. Both have been at weights every day, competition is going to be good for these two this year.

The Devils are coming back this year with new game uniforms, both home and away.
