Bell has got better all year and hopefully will continue to improve. I would currently give them a grade of B overall so far. A vast improvement from Alcoa, Marion and JC. Keep working CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I begin to look at MCC schedule I started to wonder about them. KC is still a pretty decent team. Keep your heads up MCC you still have some football to play.

Should be a fun hard hitting night. I would look for Rock to throw the ball more this time than they have in the past. The rushing game has not worked against Bell in a few years and I don't see it working this year. I would think the Rock coaching staff is smarter than to come in a try to run the ball at Bell.

He asked regular season I think???? That would be 2001, Coach Hilton's first year back at Bell according to KHSAA. I had to go back and answer myself about Rock's number of seniors. It appears they have 11 this season.

I agree. I think Clay is a little better this year (just by a hair) and have more weapons on offense. Turnovers will be huge the team that protects the ball will win.

NL will be a tough game, Harlan Co. I think the jury is still out? They have not played much of a schedule except for SW Pulaski which was not a game after the 1st quarter. :confused: I would love for Harlan Co. to get it going and add to the quality of football in SEKY.

MCC ranked in the top 10 in the AP. Looks like they are the favorites, according to the AP.

Rock has never been known to do that. :rolleyes: 1 game I watched at Rock a few years ago they ran a series of plays 4 or 5 with 12 players on offense against KC. I had to ask the guy with me if I was miscounting twice. I was not. They had 3 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 TE. The Ref's never caught it. The game was at Rock. A few mintues later they ran defense with 12 for 2 plays.

I like Bell in this one as well. IMO Bell still has something to prove. I am still not sure how good they are? Rock woll be the 3rd best team they have played. The other two were Alcoa and Marion. Alcoa beat them easily and Marion played them very close. I am not saying I am a doubter but they still have some un-finished business. This senior class lost a Heartbreaker to Rock in the playoff's when they were freshman. I hope that lose is on their mind in practice this week!!!!!!

Should be real interesting. If MCC can pull of the W it will be very upsetting in KC. They could cancel the rest of the season from the sounds of the "state of the Panther Union" at the present time.

If they need that to get them fired up they are playing for the wrong reasons. Rock will not need anything else to get them going a W is a enough.
