Pulaski County travels to Mt. Vernon Friday night.

Should be a great game I will take the home team 28- 14.

I think it will come down to PC stopping the ROCK running attack, as it does with every team. AND can ROCK stop PC's high powered offense? Probably the best half of football in Hines' tenure last Friday night. Russell is definitely not ROCK, but PC should put up points. This one should be a classic!

Pulaski will not cause much problem to Rockcastle. The QB is not fast enough to get away from Rockcastle's defense, I am guessing he is a better passer than Muse but I haven't seen him play this year. I saw PC and NL play and I am sure its a different team. I saw Rock kill Lincoln, no way PC can run on Rockcastle.

Rock hasn't played played a team with this speed except Boyle and they couldn't tackle them. Rock offensive line must pull together if they are going to run on Pulaski. Pulaski co. 28 Rock 14.

Pulaski will indeed cause problems for the Rock, they will be very surprised by the teams speed. Eastham the new Qb will be better than Muse IMO when hes done at PC.

It did not seem like much of a game to me. The Rock used their first possieon to promptly run the ball down the field for a TD and from the TV replays seem to do about the same thing all nite. I turned the radio off after their first series. IMO game was already decided after first series.

Pulaski doesn't line up in the I and run at you, they will run from the gun all night. Abner needs to be accounted for every down, if not he will slip out and catch a pass in space and be gone. Abner is also a strong runner that will bang it up inside. The QB, while not Muse quick, is pretty quick on his own and is very calm and cool when he looks to pass. Pulaski's speed on off. and special teams give them a chance to score every time they get the ball.

 

Can Pulaski contain Rock I think all agree is the question. Pulaski has been susceptible to a power running game this year.

 

IF PC doesn't turn the ball over they have a good chance to win this game. Turnovers and lost possessions will really hurt a team that needs to out score their opponents due to fact the PC D may not be able to do much with the Rock O.

Boyle County scored 42 points against the Rock. The Pulaski Co. team is not even in the same league as Boyle. I have watched the Rock play twice this year, and I don't see anyone scoring 42 points on their defense the rest of this season. The Rock has 11 defensive players that "all" look for a hard hit!
