The outsiders view of GC is that it's the wild west down there. Issues with football, basketball and even the band. Watched a mom curse at a coach during a frosh girls game DURING PLAY. She walked across the floor, during play, and screamed at the coach before yanking her daughter up from the bench. It's a symptom of a bigger issue IMO.

no matter what the rules are, someone will find a way to circumvent them to their advantage.

Maybe the OP started this thread to take some pressure off of the trouble with Scott basketball or Conner softball.

OK. Maybe not in tennis or golf. Wrestling? yup. Boys basketball? yup. Football? definitely.

If you are firing coaches because of a word used, you can fire all of them, in most sports, for the same or worse.

Word is out on who all is involved- players, parents, coaches and administrators. I'm ashamed of all of them.

I'm not in a place to agree with what was said by Brad, but know, for a fact, that it happens EVERYWHERE. The cheap shot was recording it and using it to get a good guy removed from a position where he was a positive influence on anyone wanting to do what was required of them by someone looking for an easy way out and not willing to put in work to get their PT.

Had heard this was in the works. Parents not happy with playing time resulted in a recording of a practice session by a different player where said player was called out. Same kind of thing that happens at every HS in KY. My kids could play for Brad any day.

From the east, to Cordia, to PCC? Just doesn't make sense to me.

That would be a huge loss for Scott but there was definitely something different about that program this year.

Ervin Stepp was a bad dude. If this guy could be as good as Ervin or Todd May, I'll jump on the bandwagon.

I get depressed when college and HS football ends. The NFL playoffs help some but not really. I slide into HS and college basketball until the Sweet 16 and UK loses and then it's dark days until August. I'm looking forward to spring football.

I think I saw him play years ago in an AAU game. He must have been playing up because the kids he played against are Juniors in college now.

Calloway moving through the Scott program would be huge for that program.

So he's a perimeter player that can't guard that spot and can't get his own shot. That clearly answers the Mr. BB question.

Who does his game compare to?

The guys I mentioned will all attend Twenhofel this fall. Not sure if they will remain at South Kenton or make the transition to TMS.
