Did Grammer leave or was he let go?

Did Grammer leave or was he let go?
Everyone I talked to at state said he resigned. Also think he'll go after a job in NKY that just opened.

He was previously at Ryle. I'm not sure where he is actually from though.

Again?

You asking if Grant County is open again? I think both Hicks and Grammer stayed 3 years.

12/13 Seneca

13/14 Grant Co.

14/15 Grant Co.

15/16 Grant Co.

Not sure where he was before.

Think he heads back to Louisville? On paper it looks like Grant County would be a solid job...if so, why all the turnover in recent years?

Tough district with Simon and Walton.

Definitely tough. Although Grant won it two years straight. Tough rebuild this past year. Hicks was a good coach, Grammer was a good coach, so what is the reason for turnover if it's a good job?

Its not a good job.

Its not a good job.

Why? They always have good basketball players down there.

For what it's worth, and I'm not insinuating this is the reason he left at all, GC graduated its starting 5, plus two in the rotation. Being a large school, they should be right back in the mix in the next year or two, but you can't easily replace that experience or leadership.

Spoke to one of Grammar's assistant coaches last night. Apparently he's going after some jobs in Cincinnati.

On paper it's a good job. Only Simon Kenton, Oldham Co, and South Oldham are bigger in the 8th region.
