Usually games like this are stat busters for the very good players. Big leads early often lead to lots of others getting into the scorebook that normally don’t. It would be neat to see her get both the same night.

I think it will stay open, but I also think less folks are willing to pay for a Catholic education in today’s ‘Ive gotta keep up with the Joneses’ mentality. Also keep in mind there are a lot of kids on tuition assistance on the hill. The play raises nearly 100k per year to support that cause.

They have room on the hill. the plans I saw included using part of the existing practice field. Coming out on an angle. Leaving room for parking ETC.

Not necessarily the best but noteworthy from the D2 ranks. 11-0 Bellermine ranked # 3 in D2 (and has a 50 game home winning streak) has Brent Bach (Augusta) who is averaging 12.5 PPG while shooting .513% from behind the arc. and Ben Weyer (NCC) who is averaging 12.0 ppg while shooting .528% from behind the arc. (.535% overall). Ben also averages 4.5 boards per game. 11-0 Christian Brothers University who is ranked # 5 in D2 has Alex Trentman (Bishop Brossart) who is averaging 7.7 PPG while shooting .614% overall and .435% from long range. He is also averaging 5 rebounds per game. The Brickhouse in Florence will be streaming the CBU BUCS game tonight at 8:00 if anyone is interested. 9-5 Ky Wesleyan has Brandon Hatton (Dixie) averaging 11.8 PPG

These are the type of posts/articles I love to read about a high level player. I don’t need a lot of folks telling me he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Let his hard work, dedication, skill set pave the way for a bright future. Kid has a lot of upside. Best wishes to him!

Love the numbers you guys are throwing out. The current pay was $4,000 a year. Netting approximately $2,700. So love of the game and kids or to use it as a stepping stone are the options for a job similar to NCC’s open position.
