After returning from Richmond disappointed at the outcome for my Eagles, I decided (along with some other Fairview fans as I saw) to head to Greenup to watch this one. Glad I did. What a terrific ballgame! Seemed like there were more people in the stands at GCHS than at EKU the day before.:lol: Huge shot by the freshman to send it into overtime and then Russell went stale. Congratulations to Greenup on the win. Hampton played "wide" in the overtime period.

I don't remember a Barber. And he's now at Scott Co.? What grade? And here in Westwood, we could also say what could have been if Cameron Hall were still an Eagle. Add him to the mix we have here and that would have been very potent.

I wasn't invited. Thought I'd just pop in.:walk: Robbie Barber, a 6-4 senior guard at Scott County and a former Rose Hill player, is on the radar of some Division I schools. He received invitations to visit Old Dominion and Wichita State this week. He has also been invited to East Tennessee State and made unofficial visits to Bucknell and VMI recently. Barber went to Scott County the same time that Dakotah Euton and Chad Jackson transferred there from Rose Hill.

Fairview 28 Raceland 20

I think that there are 3 impact freshmen in the 16th region. Kyle Skaggs and Austin Hunt from Russell and Kyle Brown from West Carter. Skaggs and Hunt have been successful on the AAU circuit for several years. And all 3 of them looked very good this summer. Kyle Brown is very heady at the point position.
